Marcelle Work I went into this office yesterday feeling very overwhelmed as I had no choice but to find a new doctor due to the passing of my PCP who was also a very close friend. I admittedly sat in the parking lot and cried for a few minutes before going in. I am so happy that I did go in, and ABSOLUTELY everyone of the staff that I came in contact with was lovely and patient and understanding. The time everyone took with me and listened to all my ailments and issues and even just my sadness of the situation of finding a new doctor was beyond amazing. I am so thankful to have found them and to feel right at ease with them being my new primary. From the moment I walked in they were welcoming and friendly and I am beyond greatful.

Michaela Leary Although of course I did not want to be here, Nicole made my stay as best as possible. She was so informative, caring, and knowledgeable. I felt extremely well taken care of by her and the rest of the team. I was very upset and in pain and she helped me every step of the way. Honestly everyone was so great. Great bedside manner by everyone. Clear communication on everything that had to be done to help me. The entire hospital has done an amazing job on staffing employees that genuinely want to help and do their best. Thank you!!!

Justin Rutter Jannette speaks clearly and politely on the phone. It would have been easier for me to pursue medical self care if other receptionists communicated half as professionally as she does. I have rejected mental health care occasionally throughout the past ten years simply because of the attitude of the customer service staff at various other mental health offices in different locations. It is a shame other companies cant or wont prioritize patient communication to the level of excellence the Care Clinic does in Melbourne.

Pam Etemesi Starting from the front staff at the desk to check in the patients, to the MA and NP just great staff! They listened to my concerns, addressed my concerns in a timely, and professional manner. I went in with my toddler son (well mannered) and the staff made him feel welcomed. He asked the following day if I needed to go see the doctor and I replied Im good (guess the lollipop gesture he appreciated). THANK YOU to the wonderful staff. Im glad my friend recommended I give your office a shot. Ill keep you in mind for future medical needs that require expedited service!

Taylor Colvard I had a seizure with my son in the car and flipped into a ditch long story short. I had another seizure a while in there and they took amazing care of me and then when I ran out of my medication and had to go back Doctor who was there the first time when we were there again to get more seizure medication and they were so quick to help me get more I am forever greatful that the ambulance took me to this hospital and not Holmes considering I was treated with nothing but dignity and respect during my whole time there and anytime I’ve been to Homes regional I’ve been treated like I was an alien and on top of that homes regional as a reason my mom is not alive anymore so I recommend 100 out of 10, thank y’all again for everything.

Marge Daly Dr Jade and his staff are the best out of this large group. Dr Jade really listens to his patients and trusts that his patients know certain things about their own bodies. His staff has always been very helpful and more caring about their doctors patients than other offices Ive run through in my life and I am 60. Thank you for all you do for us and to help us.

vlog World Ruthies “SC” This hospital is so amazing and I’m so thankful for them helping out my dear senior friend who is going through many transitions in her body. They were able to test out to see exactly what was wrong with her. They found out that she had to 3 -infections and she almost lost her life. She’s currently on life-support and they were able to stand by her side And so she will stabilize. Thank you so much for your efforts. Way you guys truly cared for her and stood by her and make sure she got the best care one by one. Everyone was very polite and made sure she was able to breathe again. Some people have special gifts to work in a place of trauma. I’m happy God chose you guys.

Lorri Vetrano I wasn’t sure what I was going to do after my primary physician went to another practice, however I am very glad that I stayed to see the new doctor, Dr. Rankin. She is very thorough, warm & compassionate. She takes her patients seriously & explains everything in a manner I am able to understand. Dr. Rankin has also been one of my biggest cheerleaders. Sheena is also great & always follows up promptly when responding to questions & providing test results. We have also seen Lori who is a great Nurse Practitioner. Lori is also very caring & warm and always takes great care of us! Thank you to you all!

Alysse Hanrahan I had an awesome experience here and with the ER at that. I had rolled my ankle so l showed up to the ER. They had me sign in, and right after I did, the nurse called me in for my triage. After the triage, I sat down and waited. After being there for a total of maybe 10-15 mins I was called back to a room. The nurse practitioner immediately came in and got my info and ordered the x-ray. Waiting for the x-ray to get to my room was probably the longest part, as I waited for about 30 mins. They came, took their pictures and then I only waited 15-20 mins for the results to show! Nurse practitioner came in and told me I sprained my ankle. They immediately brought the items needed to take home with me (boot, crutches, etc). Everyone was so kind and helpful. I have never had such a good experience at an ER! I prob spent 2 hours here at most when usually its at least 4!
