She takes her time and analyzes your nails to make sure that your nails not only look good but are in good health. She has gotten to know the various styles that I like so generally I’ll pick a color and let her do her magic. Her service is top notch. I put my hands and feet at her hands!

The salon is very calming and allows you to relax, and have great conversation. Her husband Ismael, always makes sure she is good, so that she is able to give us a great experience.

1 /5 Suzette Guzman: Found this place online. Tried calling ahead of time to see if I needed apt or if it was a walk in basis. No answer both times. I go to the place just to see and as I walk in no one greeted me. I got stares up and down from both the ladies working. So I speak first and ask “hello , are you accepting walk in appointments?” One lady simply shook her head no and chuckled. I then say “ok thank you.” And still got no response from either of the two working. I obviously can’t comment on their work since I’ve never had my nails done there , but I can comment and say that their customer service skills could definitely use some improvement. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

She spent three hours of her day repairing the damage is done to my nails by a different salon. she made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and it didnt make me feel silly for asking tons of questions about what she was doing to my nails. The atmosphere is super friendly and inviting and Luz has no problem engaging in friendly conversation about anything you want to talk about. I enjoyed being in her company and enjoyed having her work on my nails. I will definitely be returning and bringing my mom and daughter with me. I am recommending the salon to anybody and everybody that will listen. Vivi is one of the hair stylist that I got to interact with while I was there. I did not have my hair done however she was very friendly and inviting and we engaged in various conversations throughout the three hours I spent at the salon. Based on how I saw her interact with her customers and with the other customers that entered the salon I highly recommend her as a stylist as well.
