1 /5 Vasharia Hendrix: If I could give the nail tech that did my nails 0 stars I would. I got my nails done here on 4/20 at 9:00 AM. First of all, he roughly and carelessly filed my nails to prep them causing small tears along my cuticles that burned every time acrylic or alcohol touched them. Then he applied the acrylic sloppily causing it to get all over my skin which he had to excessively file to try an neaten up causing further injury. Even with the excessive filing my cuticles still looked flooded with the product which will cause them to lift and look horrible as they grow out. Also my nails looked bulky and lumps because of how he placed the acrylic and polish. I had to stop point out several unfiled or sloppy areas to him because he kept missing them. Then while I was expressing my dissatisfaction during the process he kept telling me it’s ok and I’ll like it when he’s done. I KNOW how I like my nails so I knew he was doing a horrible job. Instead of listening to me he decided he wanted to finish and get my opinion afterwards. Then he took the oil and rubbed the dipper across my fingers instead of just dripping the oil on them. It made me consider how many people he has cut with the file then rubbed this dipper on their nails and put it back in the bottle. I had to wash my hands and dip them in alcohol immediately to disinfect them. I did not get his name but I don’t think he regularly does nails. Please do not let him touch your nails! The women do great work and the main guy that answers the phone is great as well but this particular tech is the worse!

3 /5 Tanijah Musgrove: Man that did my fill in/cut down rushed and did a tacky job. Poor shape and lumpy polish. Lady that did my Pedicure was amazing. Im soo torn because my grandparents highly recommended this place and i’ve had better from here.

5 /5 Mary Jane Swift: I thought I went to a good nail salon at home but Best Nails has them beat. What a great place. A friend and I went today for acrylic fill and gel. We had appointments. I had Tammy and my friend had Tom. The salon was very clean, all the employees wore mask. Tom and Tammy were very friendly and engaged us in conversation. I love my nails. They are shaped just like I asked and they look great. Although they were busy and took walk-ins it might be best to make an appointment.

1 /5 Melinda Fisher: Went here for about 8 yrs. In that time and going every two weeks, the Owner, Tommy never once got my name right or show interest in my return business. Not the way to treat a frequent, returning customer. Also, did not appear very sanitary as visits continued. Would NOT recommend.
