5 /5 Preston Westmoreland: Olivia and the other nurse made all the blood draws and catheters painless. Half the reason I don’t see doctors is because of the pain involved. They saved my life and made it painless. The hospital beds are super comfortable. If you could choose your hospital and didn’t pick this one, you have a screw loose and they can’t fix it.

5 /5 Anna Metivier: Had the BEST experience ever here delivering my baby. Did not meet 1 bad nurse or midwife/doctor. Quiet experience. Nurses were very comforting and encouraging. Never once made me feel bad for asking for anything. Id give 10 stars if I could. Only thing that was not comfortable was the beds. Wish theyd upgrade them but its not a make or break deal for me. If I ever was to decide to have another child, Id definitely come back to Baptist Clay.

5 /5 Heidi H: Baptist finally decided to bring back Fast Track after 2+ years and the experience was fantastic. Dr. Ward was great and the FT Nurse, whose name I don’t remember was super helpful and friendly. Update- On 12/20 I had a fairly significant MVA and couldn’t get in with my own Dr so I went to the ER and saw Dr. Frank G. He was so friendly and understanding because I don’t like to clog up the ER with BS. The entire staff was efficient and helpful. I appreciate their friendly demeanor even when it’s something small.
