5 /5 Angie Santiago: Had a spinal tap done on Wednesday. I was put at ease immediately. The team who worked with me were the best. No complains only praises, I wasnt going to get it done because of the horror stories from many years ago. Thank you to the ladies and the gentlemen that was my nurse. Sorry Im horrible with names.

2 /5 Wash Fold: Pros: Majority of the staff has been nice, that is the reason for the 2 star. I really wish I can give a 1.5 star. Con:: The Doctors and Specialists are not good Doctors when it come to complicated illnesses. Reason: something is severally wrong with my mother-in-law; that is something we All can agree with. They don’t have that special quality to know how to properly connect and understand their patients or unorthodox illnesses. They are incumbent and possess no special quality that set them apart from Google to properly diagnose her, We were even told they can’t figure out her case. They have been the ultimate vampire-constantly taking blood, probing her and more. Countless of waisted test. They have done every test you can think of even biopsy over and over for the past 8 months and after all of that you still don’t know but can attest that something is seriously wrong with her.. None of these Doctors and Specialists has really taken the time to properly dive deep into what’s wrong with my Mother-in-Law and this a fact. Florida has one of the worst reputation for health care and now my husband and I understand why. Sure it is easy to quickly diagnose the illnesses that all the previous good Doctors and Specialists who is now dead or retired has really took the time to understand their patients and understand those diagnosis. Doctors now of days does not go above and beyond to look into specialty cases but instead rely on a machine and google (which is also man made and isn’t always correct) It is a shame that this Hospital do not know what is wrong with my mother- in-law but know how to prescribe medication and collect money for something they’re not sure of.

5 /5 CATHY VANNESS: Everyone was very nice, courteous and friendly. My nurse Hope was just wonderful. I have lung problems and when I came in from valet parking, the check in rep noticed I was a little breathless and asked if I needed a transport chair. I told her I thought I’d be OK, but she said it was a long walk to the outpatient section so she wheeled me down there which was very nice.

5 /5 Vivienne Kedroe-Lake: I had a lumpectomy done by Dr Kerry Ann McDonald. I experienced the most kind, thoughtful and professional medical care experience. Everyone I interacted with made me feel they were vested in me getting well and having a full recovery. Dr Kerry Ann McDonald is a gem, shes made for her chosen profession, and her warmth and personable manner made me comfortable and confident in her ability and skill. Thanks to everyone those I met in person and those who worked in the background.

4 /5 Ginny Toll: I had a lumpectomy performed this past week. All the medical personnel were helpful and friendly. From the time I checked in till the time I left. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating was that they sent me home without written instructions. I was under anesthesia and don’t really remember what they verbally told me. It would have been nice to have it written down. I’ll be calling and asking. Otherwise it was a good experience at the outpatient surgery center.
