5 /5 M Santiago: First off, let me say that Ava is my place and my go to! They always make sure that clients are always happy and satisfied. Techs are always on their A game, going above and beyond. Ive never had an issue, if there ever was, they always communicated and made sure that it was resolved. I was there at Ava today when I had witnessed a client cause a scene and disrespect the staff. I felt so terrible to see how the staff was disrespected and spoken to. The client threatened to leave a one star review (which she did) and "shut the place down" I was waiting to see if she did so I can explain was really happened because what "Bee Russie" had put in her review was false.
She came in wanting to do one of the services that was listed under the combination services that showed the price "starting from $90" which included an express pedicure.
She then decided for herself to upgrade to a classic pedicure. Which was a $8 difference.
After she pays, she then complains about no honoring the website pricing. Not only was she disrespectful but she was also delusional. How to you expect to get a classic pedicure and pay for an express. It doesnt work that way. Then the audacity to threaten and talk down to the staff who was trying to explain it to her. And once when the staff showed her in the booking that says additional costs for length, shape, design, gel polish, AND PEDICURE UPGRADE!, she got mad and went off talking about how she got money, shell shut the place down, give them a 1 star review. Finally walked off saying "youll see!"
Clients like that makes it so hard for amazing businesses like this. Ava will always be my spot, they always do an amazing job, make sure youre satisfied. And the staff is always a blast to be around. Thank you Ava!
