Kirsten Taylor My whole experience was great. Carleigh was messaging me about my hair weeks in advance to really understand where I wanted my hair to be. When I arrived for my appointment I went right to the chair. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. Carleigh did an amazing job on my hair and fixed the previous mistakes that had been done a few weeks prior. She also recommended products to me without making me feel pressured to buy them that day. Ive FINALLY found a hairstylist that I can always go to!

Alexis Busch I am a long time client of Melissa’s and HFOS. My two most recent experiences at HFOS I have had the pleasure of working with Gracie. On 12/26 I did a blowout with Gracie for my birthday dinner. She made me feel so pampered and beautiful. Last week, I needed a last minute highlight and I was excited to see Gracie available. She was able to brighten me up while adding dimension. Everything I asked for and more. My hair is so much more lively and much healthier. Not to mention, I LOVE the way she curls my hair. Thank you HFOS and Gracie for a great experience once again :)

Layla The whole crew is above and beyond wonderful. So inviting that you actually feel like you just went to a friends house to get your hair done. Irene has been a constant figure in my hair journey since I was about six years old. Sara just did my hair for the first time and wow! Who knew hair could be manageable?! She is stellar and so easy to get along with. I will definitely be back and actually keeping up with maintenance for once.

Jennifer Benchic Great! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and my sons as well. We both have difficult hair that can easily show blunt cuts but this was not the case here I can’t remember her name but she was at the first chair on the right when you walk in! She knows what she’s doing!

The spa like treatment and environment was very therapeutic. I was nervous because I have sisterlocs, but Lynette was confident and by far exceeded my expectation! Toni D Athena was my colorist and hair stylist. I can’t give enough accolades for her and the salon. The place was clean, modern and well decorated. Athena explained every step throughly and offered snacks and beverages during appointment. My hair looks the best it has ever looked when I left. I will be a forever client of Vain now. Lisa Miller Being new to the neighborhood, I strolled in simply to check the place out. Immediately got good vibes, and Ms. Pauline was available to cut my hair right then. We chatted a bit about what I wanted, and she went to work. I got exactly what I asked for, and the best haircut Ive had in a long time. Prices are reasonable. Ill definitely be back.

Lauren Pitt-McClelland My daughter had her first professional haircut and she could not have been more excited! It was a great experience. She was so nervous but Meleah made her feel comfortable and welcome. The only complaint I have is now I have to try and style her hair every morning the way Meleah did lol!
