1 /5 Marvin Reynolds: I went for an initial visit and everything seemed ok. I was told my teeth needed a deep cleaning that my insurance would not cover. I was told it would cost me $400 and would need to be paid before they would do the service or schedule the appointment. I told them my pay date and that I would pay on that date. They made the appointment. I then received an email that they were canceling my appointment because of non payment. They also sent a bill for the original visit that was not covered by my insurance! The procedure that was not covered Wes never discussed with me at the time! Do not go here!

5 /5 Rhonda Tabeling: Everyone here is amazing! From the moment your greeted when walking in till you leave, I felt very comfortable and at ease. They take the time to make sure you know whats going to happen and your comfortable with it. For someone who hasnt been to a dentist in a very long time, they made me feel very welcome and at ease at all times. Highly recommend

So, fortunately Every single person, I encountered today was awesome. The entire staff was very courteous, positive, knowledgeable, informative and efficient too. 5 /5 M K: After not having been to a dentist in a little over 2 years, I finally decided to get back into the routine of maintaining oral health with professional cleanings and check ups. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist herself was very professional and explained the type of treatment that I would be in for. I was given a full explanation of what type of treatment I would need. I have the beginning of periodontal disease and will be needing a different type of cleaning to keep the gums, teeth and surrounding bone healthy (I will also need a crown and some teeth that are chipped to be restored). I was given a full explanation of how much my insurance would cover and what is needed out of pocket. They offered a payment plan through a 3rd party company, which will allow me to spread the cost over a period of 18 months to 2 years. I go back next week to start the treatment of getting my mouth back to a healthy status. Thanks again Aspen Dental. All I can say is you only get one set of teeth so make sure you keep up with your oral health by brushing and flossing daily, as well as visiting your dentist regularly. Even though I brush and floss regularly, I went two years in between dental visits due to not having any insurance

1 /5 Bonita Wills: I didnt care for this place located on W New Haven Ave. very unfriendly and Unprofessional. Didnt introduce themselves or say what they were doing with me. Didnt explain anything. And this was my first visit. Didnt explain the care of treatment nor what my insurance would cover and how much I would be out of pocket. Until I saw my claim and how much I had to pay. Environment wasnt pleasant. They were supposed to call me back that day about a issue and never did. I will not be going back. On top of all that on the TV they had the View on spilling their hate and division.
