5 /5 Rebecca Kovaleva: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff has always been incredibly accommodating and friendly. They work with my schedule and ensure I can come in at a time thats convenient for me, which I truly appreciate. TT is my go-to nail technician, and she never fails to impress me with her skills. Every time I leave, my nails look absolutely stunning! TT pays great attention to detail and always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. I always get compliments on my nails, and its all thanks to her amazing work! If youre looking for a nail salon that combines professionalism with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Catalina Lozano Cobo: Nancy was my technician today and she was absolutely wonderful. Super gentle, very sweet, and she did an excellent job. The salon itself was clean and everyone else working was very kind. Overall wonderful experience and the atmosphere was great. I never get my nails done, but their service will have me returning again!

2 /5 H LB: I can forgive a lot of an experience - much of what we go through is subjective. But what I can’t forgive is cleanliness. That is not subjective. This place was dirty and I got here early, so it’s not from the busy day either. First thing I saw was a chunk of hair on the floor by my station then I started seeing everything else from there. The worst is how clear it is that they don’t clean behind the stations… so it really makes you wonder how much they clean everything else. I also have a basic understanding of Vietnamese and the convo my technician had in front of and with me was unfortunate. She asked me about Christmas in English and then said she didn’t have anything because she was broke. Then later she was speaking to a coworker talking about how I was not going to tip her as much as she wanted because I didn’t respond to her comment. Overall it was such an odd experience, I’m glad I don’t live in the area and I have my regular salon in Tampa, Frenchies. The experience overall gave me the ick.

5 /5 Jillian McClure: We just moved to the area from Tampa and I had a great 1st appointment at Ann’s this morning. Easy online appointment booking, fantastic communication and great service in the gorgeous salon. Le “nailed” my request for my Malaga Wine red tip French and matching pedicure. Price point for both services included gel polish on nails and toes was comparable to any other salon, but the ambience at Ann’s was (chef’s kiss). Ann’s will be my new go to nail spot!
