A Davis I have been going to Nail Time for YEARS! Jennifer, the owner, does a superior job on my pedicures! She is careful, takes her time, and aims for perfection so you feel great when you leave. I highly recommend her!

Kelly Radic Wonderful salon! I saw a sign that said they are offering 30% off all services. I walked in and had a pedicure & gel manicure done. The salon is very clean and the staff was fabulous. Will absolutely use this salon again and would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Flo Smith my Client and I have been there a few times., The first time when we went in we were greeted by one of the owners, I was impressed by the cleanliness and appearance of the shop, there was no chemical smell and friendly atmosphere. This is important to me since my client is 101 and they treated her with respect and were very attentive. I Highly recommend this nail salon , I will only be going here from now on , they take there time and do a fantastic job.

Jennifer Valsin I just got my nails done today from another salon and they were horrible. I came in here and Nikki was able to fix them up right away!!! I love them.

Sharon Hayden I have been coming to Kelvin for nearly three years now. I have never been disappointed. His manicures and pedicures are excellent. They last several weeks and my nails have gotten stronger. If I could, I would take him to my second home! I highly recommend him.

SB Inc Probably the best pedi I’ve had in years. All my toe nails were filed well and weren’t crooked. And my nails have been complimented quite a few times since Saturday.. I’d originally went somewhere else but it was really bad so i had that place remove the chiclets off my fingers and I searched for a new salon and I found this place Penn nails. Will definitely be back. It is a family owned business Mom dad and daughter. And they were very nice and timely. Thank you again. Definitely made my birthday
