1 /5 Alex Gomez: They are far away from the teachings of the gospels. It’s not your job to be a politician, but to be a leader and preach the teachings of the Lord. If you’re seeking the Lord, don’t go here, especially with Mister Oliver giving “sermons”. Resurrection Day is to worship our Lord’s rising from the dead, not to use your sick political agenda to influence people. satan spoke through the pastor this Sunday. I’ll be praying for everyone who attends here, for they are receiving a poisoned message if not fake. As well for this “pastor”, because his judgment will be harsher than the normal people, because he knows better and still decided to shift from Jesus to his political agenda, and politics is satan’s game. May the Lord bless you with a renewal of your heart, knowledge and wisdom.

5 /5 Karla Kemp: Allendale United Methodist Church and their Pastor are true leaders in Christianity, true Christianity, in the St Petersburg area. In fact I would say in the entire south. For years Ive had no desire to go to church despite growing up memorizing whole books of the Bible for competitions. Religion, in general has been overused by conservatives and twisted to meet their needs for suppression be it suppression of women, lgbtq, the poor, you name it. Religion should never be used as a weapon. Christianity was never about control. Jesus said love your neighbor, in Allendale Methodist Church with their amazing creature has been a leader in this for the community. Not only do they give uplifting messages every week in their sermons, but they support the community in ways Ive never seen before despite living in nine states. Their messages on their Community boards are amazing. They will always stand up for you in your community. During the hurricanes, they were true leaders and helping to facilitate rescues, recovery, just mental and physical support for people. Theyre one of the few organizations who actually inspired me to return to church. Theyre true messengers of Jesus and how to live a Christian life. I highly encourage you to attend this church, reflect on Jesuss real teachings, and join the community. This is a pillar of our community in St Petersburg! Thank you to Allendale United Methodist Church for being there for us!
