1 /5 J Scott Smith: I’ve been a patient of AHF about since the early 2000’s. Back when it was Referred to as a “Doctor’s Office” and not a “Clinic.” My last appointment with Dr. Henry I waited in an exam room for 3 hours before I became extremely vocal with the front desk . I was told that they double booked me and that I needed to come back. I travel 40 minutes from palm beach county. I called in a week ago to get a prescription for thrush. Thrush is a fungus that appears on your gums and makes it painful when wearing dentures in my case. I was told by a woman that stated her position as the supervisor of the front desk that she would stand over Doctor Henry until she was able to get him to write a prescription. Then have it delivered no later than the Tuesday after President’s day. That never happened. That Wednesday I had an appointment with another doctor at Northpoint. After picking up a medication for Thrush I realized that Dr. Henry only prescribed enough to last me 3 days. I went to the front desk and ask to speak with Dr. Henry. On a previous appointment with Dr. Henry he examined my mouth and confirmed that I definitely had thrush. I explained I had some medication from Nova University when I got my dentures. He stated when I need an another prescription just let him know. Instead of Dr. Henry coming out to speak to me he came out Yelling at me DIDN’T YOU ASK THE PHARMACY ABOUT THE REFILLS I GAVE YOU!!! Dr Henry prescribed 60ml. I’m to use 5ml 4 times a day. With 2 refills would last me 9 days. The doctor at Nova dental school prescribed me 600ml that would be enough for a month. Unfortunately I can’t return to their office since I don’t participate in the Ryan White program. Then Ruben the Office Administrator came out and told me to take a picture of a number to file a grievance report. When I went to my car I called the number and Verizon recording stated that the number could not be reached. When I returned to the front desk and dialed the number in front of Ruben the office administrator and the same message was heard over the speaker on my cell. He walked into his office and never returned. Then Dr. Henry told me to leave otherwise he would be calling the police and have me removed . I told Dr. Henry he wasn’t worthy of being my Doctor. Dr. Henry responds again was Deplorable by any standards. AHF used to be an excellent compassionate place where their staffing took pride in their positions. Today it’s become an assembly line of patients that this location is unable to handle the volume of patients. The turn over rate of their administration staffing is ridiculous. You never see the same faces upon your next visit. I was told by their Front Desk Supervisor that they are having a hard time with their Staffing. That clearly is an understatement. When I went in to have my labs done. The tech stuck me five times unable to find a vein. I used to workout and my veins are still very good condition. After reading other reviews I’m not the only person that feels that AHF IS NO LONGER WHAT IT USED TO BE. It extremely saddens me that AHF is more concerned about the staffing treatment than the lack of patient relations. The staffing has no compassion or passion for what they do. It’s now just a factory and you are now a number. If it wasn’t for the patients. Their staffing would not have a job. My Jack Russell gets better care at his veterinary than I have gotten at AHF Nothpoint !!!!! I normally don’t write reviews. However over the past few years. The negative experiences have increased two folds. Don’t bother with filling a Grievance. It will never be followed up. Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment. Seek care with another provider!!

2 /5 Ariel Reyes: I have been coming to this place since 2012 and a lot has changed. The attitude of employees is not the same, many times I find myself being ignored. The waiting is more than the usual time for everything, too much to plan the appointments and then if you have a busy day forget it. Right now I am here and a group of employees are being so loud on their conversations that me being in the last room can hear them. Not to long ago I was here also for labs and I had to hear for few minutes two employees complaining about their hours and dealing with another co-worker, what I thought was very unprofessional from their part. I am a bit disappointed of how this place have changed, even when I have moved I always kept my doctor here because what the place represented and the previous attention, but it is not the same anymore.

1 /5 Michael: Had a first appointment as a new patient with Dr. Sharma today. I found him to be extremely condescending & curt . He hardly looked up from his laptop during the intake & had a very negative attitude. I left before the appointment was over knowing that I would never want him as my doctor. He got up & left the room as soon as I said that I didnt feel comfortable. All in all not a good experience. Seemed like a factory atmosphere. The front desk staff as well as the medical tech were very nice but I wouldnt recommend that doctor to anyone.

1 /5 mike terrana: Employee Adam was not helpful at all. He was rude with a chip on his shoulder. And then he became angry. I assume you have to expect this caliber of help in a county facility. But I won’t accept it. I will go elsewhere

5 /5 Richard Wise: I have been dealing with some paperwork issues for the past couple days for a procedure. I can not thank the staff and especially Tyler Spelane for the amazing efforts they provided in helping me resolve this issue!, I have never received such concern and attention for a problem that they were not responsible for to start with.
