2 /5 Eliezer Rodriguez: I came to the hospital yesterday Sunday November 17 at 5:pm. The nurses in general are very sweet and professional. They called me in to a ER room quickly and in less then 3 hours I had a diagnosis. A huge kidney stone. Today is 2:35 pm of Nov 18, 2024 and I still haven’t been seen by the urologist that I was told yesterday I was going to be seen by this morning. I haven been able to eat anything for more than 17 hours due to doctors orders and every time I asked for an update about when the urologist will show up all I get is that they are sending him messages but they don’t know. This has been very sad and poorly medical care from this urologist. The rest of the staff have been nice but is the urologist who can only operate the surgery i need so. I will recommend if you are in need of a fast medical care try to visit another medical facility as this hospital doesnt have the enough medical capacity to provide rapid care to their patients. All I am being told is to be patient and continue to wait. They only have one urologist and that Dr is missing in action. Lead nurse, supervisors of nurses none can get a hold of him. They keep telling me that the urologist is a great doctor but who cares if he needs to be available for patients in the hospital and he is not even responding. He is ignoring all the text messages and not picking up the phone. So to me this is very poor medical treatment this hospital is providing at least in the urologist field. Update: I was just told that my surgery will be tomorrow 19Nov2024. I have been waiting for 3 days and 2 nights.

5 /5 Carolyn Piehl: Office personnel very cheerful & helpful. My son was caught up in a meeting & running late in pucking me up for a session & staff was very understanding. Therapists are friendly but professional, caring & helpful. They dont waste time. I feel the workout they have me doing is going to bring me back to a more normal lifestyle. I look forward to my sessions instead of dreading them. They are concerned with my well being

5 /5 Susanne Harris: I get everything done here. My experiences have always been fantastic. Today I write to bring special attention to Denise, Natalia and Jessa on the fifth floor. These ladies are simply amazing and go above and beyond their call of duty. It is my sincere hope that their management and supervisors recognize what an asset each and every one of these ladies is to this hospital.Again, thank you Denise! Very well done!

5 /5 Marcie M Musser: I was so impressed with the personalized service they provided me with, where I had one person to contact from scheduling to arrival, she was there escorting me into the procedure and exiting. My thanks to Kelly for that. The Ultra Sound staff was very attentive and I felt well cared for all throughout the outpatient procedure. The attending Dr. Saad was very professional and I felt he listened and cared. I would highly recommend AdventHealth based on my experience.

3 /5 Jon Palasky: The start was fantastic and the procedure went well. However, the insurance side of it is terrible. They force you to pay up front before submitting anything to your insurance company. Then they take forever to file the claim. Absolute horrible way to conduct business. That’s what insurance companies are for. I’m not sure how many people have thousands of dollars lying around for procedures…. Most people like myself, have to charge their credit card. Then wait forever to receive a reimbursement check. While we get charged interest on our credit card. Should be criminal how this is handled.
