Pamela Kocoras Doug APRN, has gone above and beyond in the brotherss care. My brother is bed bound and is mentally challenged. Doug has called me after he recognized my brothers blood was unusual abnormal. Doug has left his availability open when it comes to my brothers care. I got my brother in the car and Doug did His appointment via my brothers passenger car window. We are grateful for the level of care we are receiving at West Florida medical associates. I love his staff. They are so very kind and friendly. Anything I need or my prescriptions re-ordered all I have to do is make a call. No_BS (No BS) Dr. Ghazi has been the best doctor I’ve seen in decades. Not only does he have a wealth of knowledge and expertise, but he is also the first doctor that truly cares about each of his patients. This is far more than having a good “bedside personality”. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Ghazi.

Chris Michaud Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. 5 hours and still no answers and my wife came in with chest pains. If it wasn’t for MEL B we prob wouldn’t have been seen. Took 3.5-4 hours before we even saw a doctor. Our nurse went to another position, and told us new nurse would be taking care of us…guess what? She NEVER came in. I literally had to keep asking and asking and the only one who ever had answers was MEL B. Registration was in within 5 minutes. Get your money to pay for what? Staff? Lol charge more I guess, because it’s time for cleanup and hire people who want to work and care about their patients. We asked where a doctor was in mid issue and I was told they were doing shift change. Honestly I should be talking to a lawyer….shift change should be done in phases in an emergency room, McDonald’s doesn’t even do that… fire everyone in charge in management and put people with priorities in the correct order…patients, effective treatment plans and then money. But I’ll get the bill with no discounts for inconvenience or pure lack of patient care and job effectiveness.

GENEVIEVE HURTADO Went today for my first ever mammogram. While the procedure itself was a little uncomfortable, the staff there is top notch. Very professional, very helpful and informative. Thank u for making this a positive experience!

LT T The Specific Specialty facility as a whole entire staff from front desk, RNs, Doctors and even to answering service and routing department receptionists are exceedingly exceptional. This is in addition to the individual five star rating I give to Dr. Carmine and the traveling PA at the time being seen in January 04. This is personally my unbiased, honest assessment and review.
