1 /5 Vincent Cutrone: I dont know what it is with this place. I just went and got an oil change and new air filters about three weeks ago and it cost 137.00 which was ok. I went there yesterday because I need a rear end hub bearing. The manager tells me it can cost 400-500 to change one. The part is 100.00, I bought it. The job takes up to one hour to do. To price a repair 3-400 more than the part cost is ridiculous. 250.00-300.00 is the average price per bearing. Again, I only need one done. Be cautious of these guys because they over charge. Also, the manager is a fast talking hustler to the point he even said he would get me quotes and get back to me about some other things my car needs. He never followed up on it like he said he would. I can do auto work myself because I did grow up doing it all from motor swaps, transmissions, and more. I just dont have the resources or tools anymore to do it all myself at the moment. So, I figured Id give this place a shot being they were recommended by someone I know. I found a mechanic thats doing my bearings for 100.00 labor. Again, that total is 250 now. Im getting it fixed for what I know it should cost. Just be careful and dont get taken advantage of.

5 /5 Cathy m: This was the best experience we have ever had with car repair! Wayne was great on the phone when we originally called on Monday! He said come in Wednesday! He was extremely nice and knowledgeable and we immediately felt that he was not looking to gouge us! We spent 31/2 hours at Vero Kia. Left without the car fixed and the part would take a week! Horrible! Anyway we left the car with Wayne at 3pm and it was ready to go the next am at 9 am! Part ordered and replaced !!Really can’t recommend this place enough! Also they have a car wash that is on the property! 10$ and is was great too! Go here you won’t be sorry!

The staff was courteous, the waiting room was clean, and they even offered donuts. I appreciated their honesty and the fact that they didnt push unnecessary upsells. Quick, reliable, and welcoming – theyve gained a loyal customer in me!
