Dakota Z Lundy Ive been going to NWFP since day 1. Dr Brennen is a great doctor, he is straight to the point and he doesnt beat around the bush. The price is great compared to other clinics and I always receive a warm welcome. The staff is amazing and they really care about the patients. If you are looking for a great doctor look no further. This is the clinic for you and I give them a 5 start out of 5.

Linda Alumbaugh Dr. Brannon was my mothers primary physician until she passed away. I trusted her care to him. He and his staff are very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. He listens carefully to my concerns and I trust him with my care.

Tonya Gentry Dr. Dial was extremely nice. He thoroughly explained the procedure I was having and gave me the same reassurance before heading into surgery, so nothing was a surprise and my surgery went smoothly. His office appointment time was also on time which is saying a lot when you go to a busy practice. I was very glad that he was recommended to me and hope if I need general surgery ever again, he will be the physician doing the surgery.

John Presley Extremely Professional!! From the time I made my appointment, to the office visit, and then on to surgery, it was perfection. It was a very difficult time for me and Dr Dial and staff gave me a feeling of comfort which definitely reduced my anxiety. Thank you for being there.

The MA and PA were so sweet and understanding. They genuinely cared! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Katie Anderson Ive been dreading finding a new doctor. My dad, Bill Belk, was a family doc, the best who ever was as far as Im concerned. And while he wasnt technically my primary doctor, I always had him there as my primary protector. And his active listening and non pushy, options oriented, least invasive approach bedside manner were the aspects of his art people appreciated most. I didnt think Id find that again. Thank you Maureen Padden. I now feel completely comfortable in your care. Its refreshing to see someone still practicing the art of medicine.

Steven McCormick Although I believe Dr Tan is a great surgeon and did well resolving my issue some of her staff are atrocious. I’ve never felt so belittled and minimized by a surgeon’s office staff. I felt like Dr Tan was caring and compassionate but her gatekeeper PA Candy, on the other hand, was quite the opposite. Each interaction I had with her was strange to say the least. Even the recovery staff at the hospital agreed with me and couldn’t understand what was going on with her attitude. Almost as if she had some sort of chip on her shoulder or personal issue with me. I’ve had several surgeries in my lifetime and have never been treated this way before. It’s pretty bad when you have to get the office manger involved multiple times to get help with resolving issues that some of the other staff won’t help you with for whatever reason. I truly hope I never require the services of this office or facility again and will be sure to go elsewhere at all costs. They seriously need to look at their staff to figure out why they can’t be a little more compassionate and understanding. Rather than jump to some sort of preconceived conclusions and be so dismissive of how someone feels. The patient should have the say when it comes to whether or not they are fully healed versus being told flat out that you are completely and totally at 100 percent. This is by far the strangest interaction I’ve ever had with medical professionals.

Gina Hodges Dr. Jon Moore was professional, thorough and listened to my concerns when we discussed my upcoming surgery. He made me feel at ease and I would highly recommend him. His staff was helpful and personable. A great experience during a difficult time.

Miranda Lee Heather Murray is the absolute best!!! I cannot say that enough. Every problem Ive had shes always tackled it head on, no hesitation, and has always offered the best. Literally the best Primary Ive ever had. She listens to every problem, even takes in the small details Ive previously had overlooked. Ive always had doctors that would blow me off and treat me like I was young and couldnt possible have any problems and I was just overweight and that was the cause of my problem. She appropriately addresses every problem and concern I had. And she is willing to fight to get whatever you need/want. I truly cant thank her enough for everything shes helped me with!

Mochabarbie1977 I have been seeing my doctor at this location for over 10 years- with no major issues. However The horrible and insensitive treatment by the temporary office manager- Avia Thomas, and medical assistant “Dominique” was absolutely atrocious- before meeting with my doctor. Individuals who have no decency, tact, or professionalism will turn patients and customers away. I am so grateful that I have a wonderful doctor, and after voicing my concern’s directly with him- I did feel much better. I hope that these so called employees received discipline and better yet- they need to be terminated from their positions. Unprofessional demeanor and ghetto attitudes have no place in a respectable Business. I will be back- because these people were temporarily working in the office.

Terry Hill Dr. DeCampos is absolutely a caring, logical and transparent doctor, who articulates her diagnosis through talking, and showing results of tests and her own examination findings. I feel heard and her answers to all of my concerns while properly diagnosing my issues have turned my life around. In addition, she has recommended other proper physicians for issues which need attention. In the course of conversations with others, I’ve also discovered she is held in high regard with others who she has seen as a patient. Dr. DeCampo is absolutely amazing and I can recommend her to anyone.

Shauna Lehigh The entire staff is amazing. Always polite, helpful and put my health first. Dr. D is always amazing and never treats you as a bother. Asks about your life and doesn’t see you as just a patient. I will always entrust her with my care.

Susan Holmes Ive been a patient with this practice for quite awhile and I appreciate the care, and honesty, I receive from Ms Angle and the care team! They know their patients and they care about their health! I continue going because I need honest accountability, and encouragement, so I dont return to my 354 lbs! I didnt have the surgery; I wanted to try and do it myself with GODS GRACE and this practice and help! After 8 major operations since "2024" I have been encouraged and directed when I need to rest! Ms. Angle actually discovered I had health issues I wasnt aware of; thanks to my morbid obesity! A thorough exam and a scan and MRI detected cervical and lumbar issues that required attention! You never know whats going on with your own body and if you have concerns then come here! You get care and respect...now...send me questionnaires about other practices in my medical records... I could give you some interesting information..BTW...let Neurosurgery know, after 3 contacts with them, I never got that referral! Send me a questionnaire about them... Id love to explain why Baptist Hospital will be the hospital I choose to have my next cervical/lumbar surgery!

A friend recommended them to me & I recommend this facility to others. Theyre also very fast with outside referrals & messaging on the portal.

Rene Abel My mom felll while visiting my sister and had two compression fractures and while they were dealing with this we found out she has cancer . It took us 6 months to get her well enough with her immune therapy to get home. Just enough time to get reestablished with Sam Tracy so we can hurry and get her immune therapy restarted again here as well as treating acute bed sores and establishing her home health for rehab as well...I begged them for 6 days to please fax over the paper so home health could help her . The staff continued to tell me that everybody was always on lunch break who I needed to speak to . Even at 2:00pm management on lunch break.when that was said I asked for her name and then she said that the managers light is o. So she will get her .Then they said the orders were on Sam’s desk just waiting for her to send . Finally I messaged management in the main hospital and at that point I help. Don’t ever take your elderly to this facility. I was told prior by a home health facility that specific facility will delay everything and they were right. I had to make my own doctor appointment for my mom to see a counselor doctor. And they never message back for that appointment and my mom has cancer.

Lori Mulcahy They no longer ask for copay day of appointment. They wait a month, send one bill then sell the $30 copay bill to the debt collector, saying the copay was "unpaid" on time!

Jack Gilliland The office personnel are friendly and courteous. They have always been able to work me in the same day to see one of the physicians. Dr. Dunn is great. He is willing to do whatever possible to help. Dr. Dunn was highly recommended and, after several visits, I can certainly understand why.

David I’m incredibly thankful for this clinic. I have had all kinds of long ignored ailments seen. They seen me for free based on my income. I’ve even had surgery in this clinic and for free. I am always so nice when I go in as everyone there is a volunteer. They also have a pharmacy on site for many meds. Again, I’m just extremely happy someone referred me here. As long as I am within income guidelines I will go here.

To the dr that I wasn’t crazy about, I still appreciate you and thank you. You still took time out of your busy life to do a great deed and work to treat me. I have had 2 drs that have treated me more thoroughly than drs that got paid a lot of money to see me in the past. Thank you to all who volunteer there, I know the life of a medical professional is demanding and you use your free time to do good. I couldn’t manage without this clinic and could not be more grateful for every single person there. The kindness I have been shown since the first call I made there is heart warming.

Josh Carey Many of the physicians here are well educated, understanding, flexible, and articulate. This is the best service for escambia county employees: no cost visits, select in-house medications at no charge, decent hours and great availability with almost no wait time.

Jessica Vickers Had a new patient appointment I scheduled online. Besides email confirmation of appointment I received no other communication. When I arrived the lady at the front desk said she tried to call me because Dr Hawthorn doesn’t see new patients on Fridays. I asked why did it allow me to make the appointment she shrugged her shoulders and said “it’s the online process I don’t know why”. I asked what number she called, she read a number to me that I informed her did not know (was not my number). Being a registrar and familiar with the process I asked if my information was mixed up with another patient. She asked for my address and said “yeah it looks like it” (HIPAA). She offered to make an appointment sometime several days away with the NP. I won’t be back to this location, and I won’t use the online appointment booking. Very disappointing, and I’m stuck using HCA because of my employer/insurance.

Wildjules Im a non-emergency medical transporter And every single time I pull up here to pick someone up This lady who was a security guard or something Some kind of Director of traffic Its a front door Named Risa She says, has a major problem with me I either have to pull up two feet or pull around and go behind someone thats already back behind me I asked her for what reason why do I have to do go around the circle again? She said youre blocking my entrance and I said but the entrance is over there which was about 30 ft from where she was standing. So I said okay and I drove around again and ended up at the same place as shes pulling my man Im picking up out. And he said hey I tried to stop you but you left. Dont work with the public if youre not going to be nice shes a wannabe police officer that likes to push her weight around and I dont appreciate that every time I come there theres a problem any other person that works there does not have a problem with me parking in front of the building and I dont block the entrance ever.

Lynn Harrell The Sacred Heart Community Manager requested a call from me BUT in typical fashion, after many attempts the line stayed busy or line picked up and then silence to then disconnect. The operation of Sacred Heart/Ascension is full of clowns and in need of an overall INCLUDING the Lab reception after entering the lab with a hall of closed doors, no directions and tons of empty chairs. Fortunately, I got a Security person to help us. Otherwise the trip would be another wasted one. Pitiful!

Michayla Galloway Personally, the people in this office including the “Doctor” I see are actually rude. I came to this office in 2022 and informed them that I wanted to be able to conceive shortly after I got married in 2024 and that I would need help. It’s 2025 and Kristin Foster hasn’t helped me or explained anything to me AT ALL about MY body. She hasn’t helped improve my body, she hasn’t helped me understand my body, and she hasn’t helped me get to the goal I am desperately working hard for. I’ve heard good things about her so I’ve been trying to stay patient but this side of herself that she’s shown me is actually so disheartening and my heart continuously breaks when she repeatedly lets me down. As for the other women in this office that answer phones, etc. They need to be a little more sensitive when answering the phones and be less rude.

RAWwithCRYS Krystal Kilgore is the rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with. I work in the medical field and I have never had such a terrible experience with front desk. I don’t understand why a person who is as miserable as her would dare work at an OB GYN office! She is condescending and hung up on me while I was asking her to verify some information. So unprofessional! I would never dare speak to patients the way she does. She has an attitude EVERY TIME I call this office. How does she still have a job?
