Tiki wakeford I have been a patient of AUI for the last 8+ years and my visit with PA Hurley was my best experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of stones and procedures and that has not been my previous experiences. She was not annoyed with my questions and answered them all in detail. For the first time with this practice, I felt cared for and not just a number. Thank you!

Bryan ferns PA Adriana Hernandez was very professional and greeting with beautiful and warm smile and heart. She made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to about uneasy issues to talk about for me. I felt she really truly cares and made me feel at ease. She helped me with some issues to didnt even know I had and help know what to keep and i on and resolve issues. She treated all my medical needs and issues. Actually the best urologist Ive met and been comfortable talking to. The whole staff was very helpful. Thank you!!!!

Holly Corne My sons eye was swollen shut on a Sunday, so I looked online for a clinic opened. Emerald Coast Walk-in Clinic was open and had very good reviews, so I decided to make the 40 minute trip there. Their online registration is easy and fast tracks having to wait in office. I was in the waiting room no more than 20 minutes, and we were seen as soon as we were put in a room. The doctor was super nice and professional and was able to diagnose my son quickly. We were in and put and on our way home within 50 minutes which is heaven sent when you have a 6 month old that doesnt feel well. If we have a weekend sickness again, I will definitely be returning here.

Yvette Carbajal It was my first time visiting this office. It was clean and the front office staff was friendly. Yesterday was a very busy day and they seemed to be working with only one NP. Other than the long wait everything else was fine and my issue was taken care of. I didn’t catch the girl up fronts name but she had red hair and she was very upfront and let everyone in the lobby know how sorry they were about the wait times which was appreciated! Thanks Camille and the rest of the staff.

Denny Campbell Rachael Arnett is the Nurse Practitioner and is very very good. She is very thorough and develops excellent treatment plans. Donna is the receptionist and also excellent at keeping all the scheduling and paperwork straight and we never have an issue. They have moved to a brand new office on Back Beach Road (Highway 98). My wife and I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

SPA 007 Receptionist was very friendly & helped get me in to see Dr. Rachel as soon as she could. Service with a smile - HIGHLY RECOMMEND a visit if you are in need of non emergency medical support

Amanda Crenshaw Absolutely love Jennifer and all she does. She’s down to earth and very knowledgeable. Great primary care/botox/weight loss/hormone therapy center.

Shelton Shepherd Jennifer Slaton is so great she is definitely down to Earth and is for the common person and I mean that in the best of ways she is professional and courteous .

Roseanna Grimsley We have been seeing doctors Derek and Jessica for a few years and they are just absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them. So thankful we found them after trying a few other pediatricians in town. The nurses here are kind, patient, and gentle with my kids every time. I know my children are in good hands and are receiving top notch care at every visit. The office uses an app (Healow) which makes communication and scheduling appointments a breeze, be sure to ask about it at your next visit if you are not a fan of the call-center.

Maygan Ingram Another fantastic review coming in!! We all know taking our children to the doctor can be scary for them and us as parents. This office not only accepts our healthcare (when a lot do not) but they are amazing! All the staff are friendly and accommodating. The nurses and doctors go above and beyond what is expected of them! They are patient and kind. For my son, who has always feared doctor visits, this is a huge deal. A very special nurse has helped him get through his fear of shots and gone out of her way to make him comfortable and her patience is truly unmatched! If you are on the fence about choosing a doctors office, I hope this helps you make the right decision.

Stephen Lester Dr. Murshed is beyond terrific. He is in my top 3 providers that Ive ever had. He is patient while guiding you through treatment, with kindness, while being affable. The whole staff is marvelous and helpful!

Had a wonderful experience and treated with the upmost courtesy. I would recommend Hope to anyone. The ladies in radiation were just as courteous and pleasant to my needs . Heather Wright Feeling a little under the weather today I went and got some fluids in IV Therapy from Nations Best Family Health Care. They made it so super easy to go and get checked out and hooked me right up to an IV that gave me lots of vitamins and immunity boost! I so needed that. Headache is completely gone and I’m feeling super hydrated. Thank you to all the staff and the providers that were so sweet and caring. They made me super comfortable and it was actually quite relaxing. Go see them for some IV Therapy!

Ron Grattan I recently found myself in a bad situation where I needed a new primary care physician. If you havent tried to do that here in Panama City, its really difficult to find someone taking on new patients. The beautiful people at Nations Best have been most accommodating and welcoming. Jessie, Danielle, Yari and my new practitioner Solomon Wolfe . Very helpful with your medical needs and a joy to visit. Thanks everyone.

Savannah Gibson Dr. Caspary has been great and very caring. Ive had trouble with my ears for YEARS with no real help. He identified the problem right away and we are now working towards surgery. Thank goodness! He is very nice and helpful! Thank you Dr. Caspary!

Alyssa Bryden Just had surgery on 03/07/2024 and let me just say how amazing the experience was. The two girls working with me in Pre-op were so sweet and caring! Definitely made the scary surgery I was having an easy breeze. The recovery nurses (though I don’t remember that much) were also amazing and caring (from what I do remember from them and what my spouse told me). Medsurg nurses were amazing too! One of the cleanest hospitals I have ever been to. The staff was amazing all across departments. The hospital food was amazing (considering it was hospital I give it a 8.5/10) never in my life have I ever been treated with this much respect at a hospital. I 100% recommend this hospital if you are having a surgery.

Paul Barker On 11/2/24 a medical emergency caused me to be taken to Doctors Memorial Hospital (DMH) in Bonifay to be stabilized before being transferred to a larger hospital. The ER PA and staff took great care of me, properly diagnosed the cause of the emergency, and got me on my way to recovery. Jimmy and the nurses, the CT technician, and everyone else involved: THANK YOU for your outstanding care.

Tom Britton Today 3/10/25. Was an amazing day for me. I had oral surgery that has been many years in the making after this experience I truly believe these people were put in front of me by God himself. The entire staff is made up of a group that is second to none. Very professional, very compassionate and a pleasure to be in their hands. I had 9 teeth left in my mouth that were affecting my health and needed to be removed. Needless to say I raised 3 children and their dental needs were much more important than mine so when I had problems I would just go get and extraction and get back to work. Well the kids are all grown now and Im finally able to make the journey to a better smile. So to make a long story short, Dr Claussen and his staff are the best Ive ever encountered and Ive been thru the ringer with this never being able to get the job done unfortunately. Im writing this post surgery. After the novacaine has worn off and the anesthesia Im completely coherent. I have no swelling, no pain and i feel better than I have in years! Thank you Dr.Claussen! To me, you and your staff are truly a gift from God. ❤️

Stephanie Vannoy My 8 year old had her first surgery and was super nervous. Every single person we came in contact with from Check-In to the surgeon to post-op recovery was amazing with her. I especially liked that they didnt speak to her as if her fear was just being dramatic. They took it seriously and talked her through the process. The nurses were also very attentive to our needs in Post-Op. All I did on 2 occasions was stand up or move around and a nurse would be there to check on her within minutes.

James Dunham I have had mostly positive experiences working with the Staff at this hospital. Especially a lady named Monique. She has consistently displayed a bright and cheer full attitude toward me, who may not have deserved that level of professional . While there are some good things about most staff MONIQUE has been the flower

Shane Stultz Select hospital in Panama city is truly a great place to have a loved one the staff from ceo to housekeeping go above and beyond for their patients. My mother has been in this facility for 20 days and has had the best of care from the nursing staff. Not only has my mother had great health care here the whole team has helped her emotionally, as she celebrated her 70th birthday in the hospital the whole staff signed her card and the ceo delivered her a teddy bear and a balloon him self. In my opinion top notch facility.

Heather Jeter Today was my first visit. I had came in yesterday hoping to be a walk-in however I came during their lunch break. The lady at the desk was very kind and set me up with an appointment for today, because I had to go back to work. When I came in for my appointment today, I had a very short wait, the staff was very friendly and so was Carlos Fernandez. Everyone was kind and respectful and I felt I was taken very good care of. My primary provider has recently passed away and so I was looking for a new doctor. I have switched to Pronto Care and I am looking forward to a good experience based off of how well everything went today. As a side note, the lobby is absolutely beautiful and has such wonderful woodwork in it and was all decorated for Christmas. The office is very clean and the staff was super friendly. I really felt like the staff was very caring.

Amanda Gould I went into the office today very sick. I provided my insurance card and knew my copay. Front desk calls me up and tells me they won’t take my insurance and that I need to pay self pay. I ask why and they tell me some crazy business about having more than one insurance. Ummm no I have one. They first told me that they would bill it and then the credit would go on my account. I have been seen here for over 2 years and this was the worst I have ever been treated by staff. I sat waiting after agreeing to self pay for 2 hours. A lady walks in with a little complaint and they took her right back. I can barely breathe, and many other complaints. I finally got up asked for my money back and walked out. I made sure to file a complaint with the insurance company as well. This is not how you treat people. They didn’t care one bit. They aren’t the sick ones. Let this happen to them or one of their family members

Doris Elliott We absolutely love Rainbow Pediatrics! The staff is amazing and so sweet! My daughter Anna gets very nervous going to any type of doctor, but the medical staff at Rainbow pediatrics always makes her feel comfortable! She always leaves with a smile and I do as well! Cheyanne Kauffman Was a great visit. Got my father in law rite in. The nurses were very professional and sweet. And his dr was so great. Very friendly made us feel welcome n very comfortable. And did everything to get to the bottom of my dads problem, then called the next day to set up his appointment with his surgeon.

Lindsey Holt The doctor was great. Other than I came with pain at a ten and they didn’t give me any medicine. Didn’t ask for narcotics at all. Nurse, left room and never offered a pillow, blanket, or call light. I laid on that hard stretcher for hours, just like that. I’d suggest to staff to be more compassionate to their patients. I would also suggest it be mandatory that all patients who come in with a cough wear a mask. So gross to sit there with a bunch of coughing sick people who don’t cover their mouths.

Sarah Emery I cannot express enough gratitude for Nurse Shannon, who took care of my two-year-old in the ER. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and professionalism immediately put both of us at ease. She was so gentle and patient with my little one, making sure to explain everything in a way that was calming and understandable, even when my child was scared and upset. Nurse Shannon’s compassion shone through in every interaction, whether she was explaining the process of the exam or simply offering a reassuring smile. She made an otherwise stressful experience feel much more manageable and showed incredible skill in handling my child’s needs with both expertise and empathy. I truly felt that my child was in the best hands, and I am so thankful for her care. She is an outstanding nurse, who was dedication to providing exceptional care in such a compassionate way. Thank you, Nurse Shannon, for making a challenging day so much easier for us!

Alyssa Sato I brought my daughter here when she was running a high fever that we couldn’t break. Our sweet nurse Shannon took amazing care of us and she was so kind and patient with my daughter through testing. I really enjoy going to this ER on the beach because we are typically seen pretty fast and we usually go at night. Shannon has been our nurse a couple different times throughout our trips to this ER, and I remember her name because she is always the biggest help. The docs are also amazing, attentive, and understanding.

Robert Carroll We greatly appreciate the care my elderly mother-in-law received when visiting recently. Heidi Barr was extremely knowledgeable regarding her geriatric needs and was very thorough in her care. The nurse was caring and treated her with dignity and the staff was so helpful in getting her inside and making her feel comfortable. We were there at the end of the day when we knew they were ready to go home but they went above and beyond for us, we got the answers we needed, and we are very grateful. We highly recommend Seawind, as always.

Joanne Cox My regular physician recommended the Seawind Medical Clinic when I have an emergency or when I need help on a holiday. That is the way I have used the Clinic at least three or four times. I have never been disappointed with the consideration of the entire staff, and with the doctors diagnosis and follow-up of my problem. The wait time was minimal. I would recommend them to anyone at any time.
