JASON CORREA Wow! This is exactly what I have been looking for in Lakeland. They have EVERYTHING THERE, it’s like a one stop shop. The staff is so well mannered and everything is so CLEAN! My Doctor Johan Vargas MD is so nice and he has so much experience. Everyone that is a patient, like me, is in great hands. They even have a dentist there!

Goldys González My personal opinion is this place is a great place for the seniors have a wonderful staff and they always happy and making sure you’re taking care of. They have activities that all the seniors get together and have an awesome time playing bingo, dominoes, cards and many other things an is a great way to maintain them active and with positive vibes and good health. From front desk to the center manager Ivone they all are a great team and a big family to everyone that comes to the facility God Bless you all American Care Family!

Teresa Boss This is one of the worst clinics I have ever been to. Even the other insurance companies are dropping them. I have no idea how they got the rating they got but I wouldnt give them any stars. I had 3 places on my hand that wouldnt go away. The doctor gave me a ointment and he said that it would clear it up. Well when I got home I read what it was for. It was for temporary relief of back aches, sprains and strains. Needless to say I didnt use it and referred myself to my dermatologist and come to find out it was squamous cell carcinoma. Skin cancer. If that doctor isnt a quack I dont know what he is. But he shouldnt be practicing medicine. I bet all the good reviews are coming from Spanish speaking patients or family members. This place is a joke.

Eileen Martens Jessica Jo is amazing. So detailed. I recommend this place to everyone. Most doctors spend maybe five minutes top with you. Dr Ramos and Jessica nurse practitioner will spend and hour if needed to go through everything with you and answer all your questions so you dont feel like it was a waste of time. Wish my specialist staff were as thorough and thoughtful as they are here.

Sh Prof Dr. Loret de Mola and the staff at the Wound Care Center were excellent. They provided quality care with patience and a smile. My husband and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs this type of specialty care.

Don Turner Recently underwent Eye surgery and I must say that the ladies in pre-op were more than just professional, they were very pleasant in addition. Treated with a rare tone of respect that is so lacking these days. Thank you for the excellent job you are doing.

Robert Hall Was a little anxious about a procedure that had to be done, however when arriving there my mind was put at ease by the excellent staff working there. I cant say enough about the quality of the care they provided. They explained what was going to happen and everything went as they said it would. I am very happy with the results and would recomend them to anyone.

He’s very caring and mannerable he takes the time out to make sure all my questions and my concerns are answered and handling. He’s outstanding and very professional. The staff at Primary Medical Center are amazing as well they never hesitate to help . I’m usually in and out at a reasonable time at each of my appointments. Mendy Jones Dr. Guerrier is the best primary doctor I have ever met by far. He is so kind and very knowledgeable when it comes to his patients health and always has a smile on his face. Being a doctor is more than just an income coming in and he really focuses on his patients well being. If the pharmacy has an issue with any of my medications, him and his staff quickly address the issue. I recommend him as a primary care physician to any of my friends asking for one.

Mary Kippley My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Saylors since relocating here in 2019. Unequivocally, he is the best family doctor we have ever had. He allows us to be part of the discussion for our treatment, decision making concerning procedures, vaccines and meds and listens to our concerns with compassion. He is always willing to give in-depth information and takes time during appointments to make sure all of our questions and concerns are answered. In short, he is a treasure in our medical community. Othello Jones The first star is for visuals - the place is beautiful on inside and out. The second star is that my baby was born/delivered healthy without any complications im very thankful that being the main goal. 1st complaint is we requested to change positions (squatting and on knees for delivery) for comfort because the assist of gravity and it assist with comfort, the midwive nurse who was there to do the delivery was very intense and forceful she said no to her changing positions because “I’m old I don’t want to hurt my back getting down to catch the baby” And we believe as a result of giving birth on her back she tore about an inch almost 3 months later and she’s still hasn’t completely healed. 2nd customer service was complete garbage. Once we got up to the unit to sign in the dirty looks from nursing staff start to roll in (all woman) who as a man I’d thought would be more compassionate and understanding. I the father was sent away for some badge and when I came back and once we got to the birthing table for no reason other then simple profiling they gave my wife a paper and asked her to sign it if she wants me to leave they never asked who I was they completely ignored me and the whole time she’s beginning to dilate closer to completion. I was arguing with the midwife about her comfort meanwhile she’s in pain and scared for her life that she’s going to die giving birth. 3rd The forceful midwife was very argumentative about everything we requested for the placenta not to be removed immediately so the child can finish receiving nutrients and oxygen from it by she kept tugging at it causing my wife more pain and discomfort and ruining the moment she just wanted to pop the baby out rip the placenta out cut the umbilical cord wam bam thank you mam and get out of there it ruing the process of the moment thankfully our little sunshine absolutely lit up the room and out shined the evil midwife’s darkness I’ve been so preoccupied with baby stuff loving on her working extra hard to take care of them both that I’m just now posting this almost 3 months later but once I find out her name I will call HR or whoever to make a complaint treating a young couple with their first birth that way is just nasty and the stupid staff nurses who standby and let her treat us that way 4th we are both people of color and I believe they treated us poorly because they were stereotyping us even though we are both kind easy going people in a vulnerable situation we originally planned a home birth in hopes to avoid exactly what we experienced, we came in because my wife was scared and was feeling major discomfort this being her first birth also her mother passed when she was real young due to complications after birth so she had reasonable concerns that’s how we ended up there. These stupid educated people know the statistics of black women in America dying during and after birth I see how the way the treat women of color can make a women with complications worse. I’m so hurt by this, this is my hometown I’ve lived here my whole life and I love Lakeland but I’m also not surprised even when I went to the pediatrician we saw another young black girl who just gave birth who said she had a similar experience. On a positive note our little sunshine is doing great growing healthy and strong so happy we chose to purse home birth with a midwife who educated us and prepared us for the process everything went perfect until. I don’t believe everyone else’s experience was like ours, or will be. Its helps if you go to a midwife for homebirth company who will guide you through the pregnancy process and educate you. If you end up in the hospital make sure to have a Doula(ours missed the birth because guesss what it was on her birthday she was out living it up) also your mom/mothers who will help speak up comfort and support you when these nasty medical staff will not listen. Request the doctor any superior if they don’t follow reasonable request like don’t cut the cord or pull out the placenta immediately or to get in more comfortable positions. The end jerks

CHEFTIMP Great experience considering we had to go there! Couldnt have been happier with the service we received. From the receptionist the nurses and the Dr! All great and my son was just dehydrated so that was a good learning experience for us to make sure we drink more. Would definitely recommend here if you need a good childrens hospital!

Vivian Baker Was Kept waiting for 3.5 hours. Only four people in the waiting room with me. Dr spent 15 minutes with me and offered no real solution to bronchial and sinus infection other than a four day antibiotic and over the counter products or vitamin store products. Boo. Hiss.

Wells Micha “strivin4greatness” Ive been using this center as my primary and will no longer. I went in because I had been sick for a few days along with the entire family that week. I wasnt showing signs of fever at the moment but spoke of the mucus coming up and terrible, hurtful cough. Because I was not showing signs of sickness at that point, he didnt prescribe anything and asked if I wanted anything. Im not the doctor is what I thought to myself. Left without anything. The rest of the day and especially the next 2 days, the cough got so much worse and deeper. IT IS COUGH AND FLU SEASON! I will not be going back to BayCare. They herd you in and push you out. I would rather him have listened to me and taken care of me then just rushed me out.

Deri Sample Dr D has been nothing but great to my kids. I am so happy for her future that she is pursuing. Working with her has been nothing but a learning experience. She goes above and beyond for each of her patients as well as coworkers. I love her.

Carlos Dacosta My son was feeling sick so I showed up without an appointment. I paid the required copay but after 1hr 20 mins waiting, nobody called us. When I asked what happened, apparently dr. Jennifer Warras went to her lunch like she don’t care. Terrible image, definitely not a recommended clinic to take your kids. Without mentioning thet the place was dirty. Update: Went to same clinic but the one located in Mulberry, you guys in Lakeland must learn professionally from them.

alymarie 123 This isnt my first time at Pablo and each time Ive gone in, it was fast check in. The ladies at the desk have always been nice hoping i feel better each time. Today i came in and the medical tech, Jacinda, was so compassionate and very sweet.

Stuart McArthur I went to meet my new primary care doctor. The only problem we had is that she was deaf and wanted me to be mute. I had my first fight with cancer and was diabetic when she was playing kickball in elementary school. I personally feel that she could be very valuable if she would grow a set of ears. Maybe an implant of some kind? I did see the cartilage.

Gretchen Garra Best location Northside Lakeland for urgent care treatment and best staff. Melissa at the reception was very caring and understanding and made the check in process painless. Wait time was short, especially needed when you feel terrible and just want to get meds and go home to rest.

Shelbi M. I wish all childrens ERs were as wonderful as here. We are here out of state and brought my daughter in for a huge rash that turned out to be strep and scarlet fever. We were in and out within 2 hrs. My daughter has major white coat syndrome and the nurses were so patient, kind and worked with her and made it a good experience. Even the part that was scary for her they handled her with compassion. She actually left and thanked us for taking her to "get better" which has never happened at any doctor before. I am so thankful for the nurses and the doctor we saw. Even as we left my daughter waved goodbye to the nurses at the nurses station and got a smile and wave back from every single one.

Jonathan Garcia The nurses and doctors were nice and quick which is usually a good thing except they misdiagnosed my daughter. They took an xray of her hand after falling and said she had a sprain. Here we are almost 2 weeks later and the second opinion at orthopedic says she has a fractured thumb. They sent me the xrays and you can clearly see the fracture. Do not come here, I wish I read the reviews before bringing my child for treatment.

Fernando Figueroa If I could give it a zero I would. This placed FAILED to properly file time sensitive documents with my mom’s medicare health insurance which caused her to be dropped from coverage. My mom has a heart condition and now we are scrambling to get her coverage and our next steps.

kristy hosein They extremely overcharge for physical therapy. My daughter had two 30 minute appointments which consisted of 15 minutes on an exercise bike and 15 minutes laying on a bed with a stretch band doing leg stretches by herself. I was charged over $1000 and that was after going through my insurance. The facility refused to let me know exact cost of each appointments and said it would be around $100 each which was definitely wrong. Glad we left and didnt finish the 10 sessions they wanted to do.

Roger Berto In the autumn of 2021, my mother broke her hip in a fall. Dr. Miller first operated on my mother’s leg and left a leaky surgical opening. The opening was leaking pus. After a surgery at Lakeland Regional Hospital, my mom was finally fitted with a metal implant by Dr. Mario John. That operation gave her some mobility at 73 years of age. Overall, the experience was tedious, but satisfactory. Rosa Maria stated, “Everything was excellent.”
