Oscar Gonzalez I visited the urgent care today for the first time since my wife needed treatment on her finger due to a cut with a knife. When we entered, the person received us very kindly and immediately took our information. After five minutes they made us enter and all the staff were very friendly from start to finish, the facilities are very clean and tidy, I highly recommend this place.

Furtado Robert After experiencing symptoms of a cough,congestion and conjunctivitis for several days while vacation, I visited Breeze Med Urgent Care.. I cannot begin express how satisfied I was with the experience. Dr.Conti and his staff were absolutely wonderful. The Doctor was thorough, pleasant, explained what he felt was my issue, (including the fact that I waited to long to seek medical attention) and prescribed a couple of meds for me to take. The whole process took less than 40 minutes. We vacation in the Marco area every year and its reassuring to know that Breeze Med.is available should we ever need them again.

Jim Henderson I posted my past experiences with NCH earlier today. It was lengthy but important for people to hear. After posting I read, in horror, how many, many similarly horrid experiences so many people had at NCH. I tried to find anything good to put into my post but there was not one single thing NCH had done in my multiple visits in 2023 to assure me that they really cared about my health. However, I visited, as only a last ditch desperate attempt to find a doctor who cares, because my primary Dr recommended him, Dr Paz yesterday. He spent over 1 1/2 hours with my wife and I. Having been to Cleveland Clinic for all of my last appointments for care, I have become familiar with what quality care feels like. My experience was as equal to the care I have received at Cleveland Clinic. I would recommend Dr Paz to anyone who is looking for quality cardiac care. In our first visit we got more assurance of quality care than we ever experienced at NCH and, at Physicians Regional over the past 2 years!

Hedy Fagan I had a diagnostic appointment with Dr Rachel Venn. Dr. Venn was was completely engaged with me during my appointment. She was very thorough reviewing all of my data. She and her staff were caring and professional. They took very good care of me and created a diagnostic plan that gives me hope. This was one of the best experiences that I have had over the past 5 years dealing with my arrhythmias. I wish I had found them sooner.

Nancy A Turner Dr. Steven Bello has been treating me for several years. His office is run efficiently and the staff is polite and competent. Dr. Bello enters the room for each office visit with a warm handshake and he takes as much time as I need to address the issue. He is persistent about working to find a remedy if one approach is not working. He is thoughtful and has a great depth of knowledge. I trust his expertise and I appreciate his sincere care for his patients.

Marilyn Sandor Dr. Bello is a rare gem in the medical field. His extensive experience and diagnostic skills are truly second to none. He and his staff create a kind and welcoming environment that puts patients of all ages at ease. JE M Right before Christmas 2024, my Naples GP referred me to Dr. Sharla Patterson after a positive biopsy. Dr. Patterson was also highly recommended by a Naples reconstruction breast surgeon. That very week I was scheduled for an initial appointment and surgery was scheduled within 10 days. It was such a relief to have the treatment and action plan in place so quickly. Dr. Patterson is very warm and personable, and never rushed. She allows you the time to process what you are learning about your diagnosis and treatment and then, more time to form your questions. She tries to make sure your questions are answered fully. Overall I could not be more pleased with the care team at Magnolia Breast Center.

Jennifer Ballinger I cannot say enough about the care I received from Dr. Patterson and her team. They took the time to explain everything to me in a compassionate way that really made me feel at ease. Being diagnosed with Cancer is extremely difficult, but Magnolia Breast Center helped me get through it. I highly recommend them.

Nedgy Lemaine About 7 months back, I rated this clinic with 5 stars, however, I am now retracting that rating. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic or enrolling in their wellness plan. It is evident that their main priority is money, and their conduct, particularly Aubreys attitude towards me as a client, is highly unprofessional. A while ago, I missed multiple appointments for my dietary supplements due to work-related staffing issues. Despite informing them through text messages, they failed to notify me that I was missing out on supplements I had already paid for. On multiple occasions, I raised concerns with Aubrey regarding these missed supplements, only to be met with evasive responses. It is frustrating considering the substantial amount of money I have invested in their services, only to be treated as though I am inconveniencing them. Furthermore, they are my primary healthcare providers, and I even signed up for their concierge program at Aubreys recommendation, which runs until November 2025. Despite having insurance, I was convinced of the benefits of this program, but I have been let down by their poor treatment. I attempted to recoup a portion of my $2800 investment, but Vanessa forwarded me my contract stipulating that I am not entitled to a refund which is fine because at the end of the day I’m sure if they can do that to me I’m sure I won’t be the last !! If I’m not valued as a client I just can’t see how they would value my health let alone trust them with my health !!!

She gives you all the information you need and speaks to you with compassion. Doctor tapper is also wonderful and very kind. They really truly are doctors that are here to HELP people. Debra FL Busy place but fairly efficient in getting you checked in and then to whatever test youre having done. I like the option to wait outside too, otherwise indoor is crowded. The last two appointments Ive arrived 15 minutes early, check in, and am typically finished withing15 minutes after appointed time. I would recommend.

Naples Insider What a trash organization to do business with. They spam you with emails to prepay, then when you fill out the form the amount will not fill in. Then when you call, they say they have a five day message queue (no small wonder why) and they keep spamming you with messages about some text you dont want but they wont shut up and let you leave a message. Otherwise great!

Brenda Desrocher I walk in and the girl at the front desk is eating chips and seemed upset that I was there. I had a fine experience with the nurse practitioner and was quickly diagnosed and sent on my way. I went to check out and had to wait while the girl at the desk was eating her bagel and had no time for me. I get a call from the pharmacy that the prescription I needed was out of stock. It was my antibiotic and I needed it right away. I called the urgent care center to see if they could help find another pharmacy and they seemed upset that I would bother them with this. She couldn’t keep calling in prescription for me. Hopefully everyone was just having a bad day and they don’t always act this way.

Stephen Elias Normally, I dont answer these requests for a review. All I needed was to provide a urine sample, prior to an upcoming medical procedure. They said I must wait to see the Provider which was a Physicians Assistant. It took 30 minutes to be seen after I peed in the cup. They also had me stand on a scale and checked my blood pressure after the 30 minute wait. Complete waste of time and added expense to be seen by the PA, who did not even ask what type of medical procedure I was having. When I went back to pickup a copy of the report, the person who gave it to me must have seen the review, because she explained some things about the process, saying that I could have gone straight to the lab. After leaving it made me wonder why they didnt just send me to the lab when I initially came in and read my order? Hopefully, my insurance will cover the entire bill.

Ben J. Santosuosso Dr. Chu is an excellent doctor. She takes her time and listens to you. She explain things to you. She takes a real interest in her patients. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

Peter N. Dr Chu was used to very nice, however the ladies at the front desk was lack of knowledge and responsibility. I have appointment and when I came, they said they don’t take my insurance. I have called 2-3 times before making appointment and they said they will take it. They wasted my time and they not even apologised about their lack of professional ethics. No one call me prior to the appointment and let me know that they don’t take my insurance so I don’t have to take a day off to come to see them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Alice Gallahue I have been a patient of Dr Tunkle since I became a snowbird almost 20 years ago. She has always treated me with kindness and will sit and listen and answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend her.

Sylvia Walker Office staff was very efficient in getting me checked in and checked out. Dr. Tunkle was excellent in addressing any concerns she had with my health and took the time necessary to listen to any concerns I had. Dr. Tunkle is an excellent primary care physician with excellent chair side manners.

Deborah Ramos My husband is under the care of Dr Ralph Rodriguez and we are so thankful for his care, professionalism and high standard of care. His office staff is also highly professional in handling calls, questions and expediting what is needed. In my opinion, this doctor and his office staff should train the local medical offices around here.

Gina Tomasino The front desk staff is amazing! Very polite, friendly, and attentive. Dr. Rodriguez is very thorough. He sits with you, asks questions, and takes the time to listen to your concerns. He is very knowledgeable and you leave feeling like you weren’t rushed and that he really cares about his patients. Absolutely would recommend this internal medicine practice.
