Stacy Ferguson Dr. Desamour is the best and I highly recommend her office plus the staff! I can have a decent conversation with them, get advice and feel comfortable. One of the male nurses called me to offer a suggestion and he was very professional.

Wendy Wharton If not for the thourough care and kindness, shown by Dr Desamour, I fear my husband would have parished of a heart attack and I would be permanently hospitalized of COPD. I’m from CA and always used the best UCLA Doctors. None gave us the care of Dr Desamour. Her intelligence and knowledge of her specialty of family practice along with being an Internist shows. It pays to go to the best and I know we have found that right here in Inverness.

Michelle Davis Vivian, Necole, and Linda were wonderful. Vivian brought me back, for my procedure, and what a ray of sunshine she was. She made me feel so comfortable. Linda was very nice and inserted my IV on the first try. Necole was friendly, efficient, and awesome as well. They worked together like a very well oiled machine. Although I know the process, as I have had this procedure several times, I do wish the anesthesiologist would have told me when he was putting me under. I could feel it coming but he never said anything. I have never had an anesthesiologist NOT tell me when they were getting ready to put me under. Other than that, the entire staff was wonderful. Even the lady who checked me in. I apologize I do not recall her name. She has been there for years and is very quick and efficient. From start to finish, I was in and out out of the facility within an hour and a half. Thank you all, you are a wonderful crew.

jc Lord Dr Kim and his staff have proven themselves friendly consummate professionals. I had difficulty getting one of my other Doctors clearance for a surgical procedure communicated to Dr Kim. His staff took control of the situation and obtained the necessary clearance in a day when I had been totally frustrated in my attempts to have the other Doctors staff communicate with Dr Kims office. Heart Surgery is a very serious matter bringing fear and trepidation into my mind as a patient. Dr Kim has the gift of instilling a peace in my mind faced with such a serious surgery, a straight shooter with a quiet confidence. I am grateful to Abba Father for directing me to Dr Kim.

LT T The Specific Specialty facility as a whole entire staff from front desk, RNs, Doctors and even to answering service and routing department receptionists are exceedingly exceptional. This is in addition to the individual five star rating I give to Dr. Carmine and the traveling PA at the time being seen in January 04. This is personally my unbiased, honest assessment and review.

Bill Bloom Sr The office staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also very professional and caring. Dr Carmain was fantastic and very thorough. He explained everything that he was going to do and was very gentle when taking my biopsy. Hes very concerned about the health of his patients. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone and especially Dr Carmain.

Tammy Kirby Dr Rojas takes his time to answer any and all questions. As women we all know this is not a pleasant experience but his professionalism and compassion make it easier. His staff is also compassionate and take the time to make you feel more at ease. Highly recommend him.

Sandra Gioia Finally, Doctors who listen and think out of the box. Their system is set up to facilitate the patient in an expedient and efficient manner. The entire staff is on top of their game offering complete and comprehensive care. Theyre always pleasant, sincere and professional. When i had my labs drawn, I explained I was a tough stick. Every nurse or phlebotomist has a terrible time getting a good stick and flow from me. This nurse was a one stick wonder and absolutely painless. The most comfortable blood draw Ive ever had. I am a relatively new pt and I am so glad I found Ped IM. Im staying right here!

Linda Brown The only complaint I have is that if your appt is at 10:30 in the morning and you don’t get hooked up until after noon for your infusion there’s a problem somewhere. I know it has to be made by the prarmacy and double checked by 2different people for safety reasons, but if they know your appt is at a certain time why isn’t it waiting for the patient. Why do they start all that after the patient gets there . It makes no sense. If the patient doesn’t show up at the institute there still getting paid. It’s in the paper work you get when you start going there. If you don’t cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you get charged. You have a lot of good people that work there in the room where they give you the chemo, infusers, blood and what ever else they give , but you got some that work there rhat act like there going you a favor got helping you. Kudos out to the male nurse that works there . He’s terrific and really cares about his patients

Gypsy White Dr. Kim was very rude, unprofessional and well unprepared for our appointment. He obviously did not even look at the paperwork before coming into the room. The nurse had to come into the room twice to show him he had the paperwork in hand that he was telling us we did not fill out. He also visibly got upset because of a scan he said he did not have but after the third time looking through the paperwork in his hand he found it. Our actual consultation time with him personally was about 3 minutes long. There was other things to but Im afraid if I say too much this review will be taken down. I dont see how he has so many 5 star ratings honestly.

Dave Miller Dr. Kim more than saved my life .He improved my overall mental and physical health. If a family member neded his services, I would not let them go anyplqce else. 2 weeks a 3 days ago I had open heart with an artclip and 3 bypasses. I feel wonderful in less than 3 weeks. The doctor has such a wonderful bedside manner. He listened and had great input and feel great about everything that was discussed. And we will be back. Great doctor and great office 100%

Dianne Grady Ive have 0 issues with the Doctors and Office staff. Everyone is pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Delva has a wonderful bedside manner and she asks if I have any questions as soon as she walks in the door. My husband and I are truly happy in how things are thorough and the office follows through. If insurance approvals are required for anything they get it done in a very timely manner.
