Iris Joanna The staff-receptionist, medical assistant are both exceptional, professional, attentive, and friendly. Dr. Angular has great bed side manners. He took his time to listen to my concerns/medical issues. He’s attentive and friendly. The office is nice, clean, quiet. Nice location.

Mamatha Joseph I experienced a lengthy waiting time during my recent visit. It seemed that the staff were not concerned about respecting their patients time. Despite having an appointment scheduled for 12:45 pm, I had to wait at the office until 2:30 pm. Feeling frustrated, I eventually approached the front office where the person I spoke with suggested I reschedule my appointment if I wasnt able to continue waiting.

Timothy Kallen Went here to have a procedure done. Very easy check in. Registration all was very quick and easy. Facility was outstanding. My Daughter picked dropped me and picked me up, she said it doesnt even have that Hospital smell. Did not go to cafeteria so not sure how good it was. But everyone was courteous and very friendly. Nursed in outpatient were outstanding. Great care.

Peter Petrella This is quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at an ER. My mom went into the emergency room with breathing issues and after diagnosing her by 8am (she came in at 5am) they didn’t come back to check in on her. They never asked her if she wanted food or water, and her oxygen levels stayed in the 80s and receiving oxygen was never presented to her as an option. When she asked to go to the bathroom and expressed that she has trouble walking, the nurse reluctantly held out her arm and proceeded to leave and walk away from the bathroom forcing my mom to walk back by herself. Her IV and blood drawing equipment was left on the table next to her the entire time, and when she pressed the nurse call button at 1pm after little no care or answers, the nurse accidentally hit the intercom button for her remote laughing and saying “she already went to the bathroom, I don’t know what else she could possibly need.” We got her out of the hospital so fast and to a new one where they IMMEDIATELY administered oxygen and said she should have been on it the entire time. The nurse at the new hospital said they are constantly receiving complaints from the care at your hospital and people are always transferring there to get away from yours. I will never in a million years recommend your hospital or your care staff. See the photo for the 8 hour old biohazard sitting next to her bedside table.

Nancy Lehnhoff I wanted to share my great experience w/all of you. Ive had 3 appts at this office (Health Orl Urology) & the staff are all so pleasant & proficient. Michelle, PA, is fantastic, knowledgeable & very caring w/the patients. Dr. Sarat Sabharwal, Urology has such gracious empathy for his patients. He is GR8 ! If you make an appt at this office, you will not be sorry. God bless.

Alexander Skinner If youre coming here for immigration exams trust me..... spend the money and go somewhere better. Staff is rude and dont take responsibility for errors. If against these warnings you do come make sure you verify the packages are labeled for the person because they label these documents with sticky notes..... important immigration exams papers... with sticky notes..... and God forbid you they get lost or arent placed and you need to get new ones and they charge you for the 195 for new copies..... stay away!!!!!!

Marlenny De La Cruz One of my favorite places to visit for my son Anthonys doctor appointments is Nemours. For the past 11 years, weve had the privilege of receiving care from Dr. Livingston and the cf team, who has been incredible in managing my son’s cystic fibrosis check-ups. The warm atmosphere feels like family, and it brings so much comfort knowing we are in such capable hands. Anthony actually enjoys going to the doctors here, which speaks volumes about the compassionate care we receive. I am immensely grateful for everything that the staff does for us and for all the families navigating similar challenges with their children’s medical conditions. Their dedication truly makes a difference in our lives!

Jamika L The service here was excellent and we were checked in very quickly. My child had to get a hearing test done and the Audiologist was very attentive, patient, and helped to make sure my son was comfortable. The building itself is very large and very nice. It was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive and I would take my child here again if needed.

Rick Burgess Medical and support staff are professional, wonderful and very attentive at Celebration Hospital. The level of care is excellent. Unfortunately the front entrance teams are ratcheting down and enforcing right wing non caring rigid rules. While waiting for the official visiting hours, I witnessed a husband that was refused entry to be with his dying wife. Clearly the entry rules are uncaring this week. If employees are managed this way then their CEO Doug Harcombe needs to add some compassion to his rules.

Jose Ramos Hi my name is Jose Ramos lm been waiting since 2pm at recovery and there is not room available on the floor. At this time 7pm the unit im going to,are making me wait for the change of shift. The staff in recovery has been great, tending my needs, and also letting my wife see me often. Since, i am diabetic the recovery staff made sure i was ablw to eat. I am upset with the delay moving patienta to their rooms, and administrqtion needs to look into this. Mr. Harcombe, should look into this, to make patients and family can get to their rooms un timely manner.

Bianca Oliveira Miss Zuleika (the receptionist) was extremely patient, polite and answered all my questions. I don’t have words enough to compliment the nurse Vicky. I had some traumatized experiences in the past, but she was so patient and made me feel so calm and comfortable! Besides this, she listened all my questions and explained everything to me. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a doctor’s office before. Definitely my best experience in my whole life. I’m very grateful for these two ladies!

Krista Simpson Absolutely awesome experience everyone was perfect from the security guard to the PA. I was in and out fast. Only issue was with the triage guy he mumbled and did not talk English clearly at all then when I asked for him to repeat himself multiple times he got extremely man.. If he would just take a moment to think about what hes saying and slow down and work on pronunciation he would have saved us both time and frustration.

Bjorn Karlstrom Absolutely terrible experience. Spent 25 hours in an emergency room. Enormous waiting times. Had a spine injury and waited for 3 hours for first pain medication. I then got even worse pain and enormous pain in my chest so I had to get EKG. Nurse said it was probaly due to incorrect medication. CT scan showed injury but was not detailed enough so MRI was ordered. Got different diagnostics and opinions from 2 different doctors. Was waiting for the MRI but never got it done. Was waiting for a trauma center room but never got one. After 22 hours I was told no MRI was needed and they sent me home. I was told I got a prescription for pain medication but never got the prescription. Went to the drugstore 26 miles away to get it but they had never received anything. Then had to wait 4 days to get it because of incorrect prescription information. Nurses know nothing, nobody has information and when they say they will look into it it takes 2-3 hours to get a (sometimes inconsistent) reply. I have had and still have major pain and discomfort due to the (non) treatment there and will never set my foot there again. I have everything on record and Im now seeking legal advice

Melegal Name Had Hemorrhoids surgery with Dr Smith, R. The office staff including managers are very bad to deal with. They were rude and had a bad attitude that they had to respond to my complaint that its been 28 hrs and counting since my first call advising them I was running out of pain medication. Im calling them pulling my hair out in pain and they are telling me they are doing all they can to send the meds to the pharmacy. In this day and age it should take 12 calls to the Dr. office to get a prescription sent. Still not resolved!! They still haven’t filled it! Procedure and Dr was great. Its too bad for that clinical team!!

Javier Paz Three people at the front desk (two of them free) but only one admitting patients resulted in unnecessary delays for check in. The person scheduling procedures gave me dirty looks when I insisted on them being done soon, not four months away as she was assuring me was the only option. Do you know anyone who would be happy waiting four months for a critical care evaluation? This lady, Veronica Rodriguez, then sends me an email with a work order without any text, no instruction in the least of what it was or what was I to do. The office manager needs to train front line employees better.

Carolina Sanchez I highly recommend this as a PCP for anyone. Briana and Sanita in the front desk are very friendly and always trying their best to help. Dr Singh is so knowledgeable and one of the sharpest doctors Ive worked with. She is diligent on how to get to the bottom of your concern I am very happy with her help.
