Gar Guy This is a wonderful medical facility. The appointments have always been on time with no wait. The physicians and assistants are also great!

Anna It’s a noooo. My son /fiancé did welcome their baby here the cons def outweigh the pros. So overall it’s an easy NO. Babies are a beautiful miracle from God Yahuah take excellent care off them. Natalie Van Velsor I am just absolutely blown away (in the best way possible) by the team who took care of me in the ER. Every single person who I had the pleasure of interacting with (outside of the staff in the waiting area) had to have been some of the most compassionate, empathetic, honest and professional medical professionals I have ever encountered. I will forever be grateful to have been treated by all of them, a simple thank you upon exit did not feel adequate enough, so I felt inclined to leave a review! Blessings to you all :)

Gwen Terwilliger Dr Plakas and staff (Debbie) were great to work with. He and Dr Pfannenstiel were great in treating my acoustic neuroma. I highly recommend them both.

Abelardo Heredia I am a new resident in Fort Myers area, so I was looking for an MD to establish as primary family doctor, I was referred by a friend to Dr Juan Carmona at Bonett Medical Center, and I have a great medical consultation experience. Dr Carmona and his team are very welcoming and cordial, He is very knowledgeable too, with international training as anesthesiologist in Cuba, therefore he is bilingual English and Spanish. Dr Juan Carmona have created a wow medical consultation visit. I surely will referring my family to be in care with Dr Carmona and his team. I strongly recommend his practice, for personal and family care too.

Dawn My doctor sent a referral for me to see Lee Health Ortho at Pine Island and I received a phone call within the week from the scheduling department. My appointment was set for right after the holidays and once I see the Dr. tomorrow I will update my review.

Joan Church Woman answering phone extremely rude and not helpful. New patient she could care less about. Would not provide what was needed for records from old Dr. Kept saying we have no record. Obnoxious and uncaring. Very bad experience. Guess we won’t be seeing this kidney Dr. We tried.

julie Harmon Day shift nurses were exceptional despite very unclean facility. Something sticky on the floor next to the bed for 2 days. Extra equipment stored in the bathroom for the entire stay. Extreme difference at night. The night nursing staff should be monitored closely on the second floor. They did not respond to call button at all. Oxycodone was on record of being administered, but it was not. Beware of this shifts nurses.

Kathleen Martin My 90 year old Mom went to ER and was in 12/10 Pain and bad cough that was causing the pain. 13 hours later sent us home with oxy and no lung treatment or advice for expectorant. The tech gentleman was the greatest ever! The hospital ER doc was clueless! The nurses were fabulous. My mom declined after the visit and had to be treated the next day. I’m sure the ER bill will be 20000 for nothing!

Michaela Raco I originally had Dr. Shrestha who went MIA…now I have Dr. Villaflor who decided not to show up today! I rearranged my tight schedule for this appointment!!! Unacceptable! I will be finding another doctor immediately! I will be calling Physicians primary care with my frustrations and concerns!

Missy Arnold I had an appointment here this morning. I was actually scared because of all the bad reviews. I was truly expecting to be "blown off" and just have a complete bad experience, but I DIDNT! I saw Stacey Wright. She took time with me, listened to me, and got me referred out to a specialist for further testing. The young ladies at the front desk were just a sweet as they can be. Im so sorry that so many people had a bad experience. Like I said, I was prepared for the worst, but got really good treatment.

Yodaima Lee health has something in general related to customer service that really should change, we are patients with a diagnosis that should be seen as clients because without us, well there will be no jobs for medical office staff, all the receptionist staff treat us as they were doing us a favor, get an appointment and a regular to good customer service is so difficult all the time I don’t understand.

Janelly Gonzalez My PCP sent the referral over 2 weeks ago. I immediately called this location to schedule and was told it takes up to a week to receive the referral. If I wouldnt have called again today, nobody would of called me, only to be told that they need my results of a PREVIOUS exam to schedule me in. Without my results, they wont schedule me. So, you wont schedule me unless I provide results and then you are going to provide me with the previous results as the new one? No courtesy to call me once the referral was received, no courtesy to advise they needed previous results, no courtesy to inform me of anything. I wouldve continued waiting if I didnt call back. Terrible way of business. I dont trust this place at all. Not even offer me a appointment and bring in my results day of....

Shirley Dr Ramirez listens and very professionally friendly. I like that he is no nonsense straight up front. And has the patience of a Saint. I take his advice seriously. The staff is helpful the facility is clean. The outside well lots of pot holes which holds tremendous water so one has to be very careful where they can park.

Allenna W As a medical professional myself for over 10 years. They too should know that only the American language is to be spoken at all times. This is so unprofessional, and highly disrespectful. I sincerely hope this review is seen by the uppers and/or management.

JUAN PENA Terrible experience will not recommend this place to anyone price gaujing I came in for a ficical after paying $300 I whent to see the doctor all she did was look at my ears check my temperature thats all I was like this dont seem like a ficical but ok after that she said we need to do the blood work I said ok they charge me a extra $320 for that I said ok they said you need to come back for the results ok I came in today for my results they whanted to charge me another $200 just to tell me my results this is crazy what they are doing to people if I already paid for the blood work and ficical they shuld release my results they told me no the doctor wont tell you the results with out paying the fee this is ridiculous this is my first time righting a complaint to anyone but I feel I need to let the people know about this place its whrong and seems like a fraud case what theyre are doing I will be contacting the state attorneys office about this matter and also making a better business beurou complaint this is not right and needs to be addressed its not right what they are doing.

Cate E My husband unfortunately got very sick and ended up in the hospital and rehab for over a month. We did not have a local primary care doctor to manage his care here on an outpatient basis right away so we had to have the complex care team manage our homecare, IV antibiotics and medical needs until we could be seen by our new primary doctor. Petra and DJ were excellent. Very knowledgeable and made sure we had what we needed to manage my husband’s care. They were responsive when we or another doctor needed something. Thank you to the complex care team for all your help. Much better experience than I ever imagined.

Angela K Truly incompetent. I came in after being in the ER and I had a concussion and all they could do was give referrals. They say they fill in as a primary and are able to do more but then you show up and they say they can’t do anything like a primary. And the doctor was so incompetent, he dismissed my diagnosed illness and tried to lecture me on an illness he doesn’t even know about. Didn’t even check anything to make sure my concussion didn’t cause anymore damage. No visual or balance tests. Not even asking for my symptoms. They didn’t even document my progression! Then they want to charge you $500 for things you can do yourself. Ha
