Brittany Blalock I cannot imagine that anyone would seek help from Ms Caldwell at a high point in their life. It was arguably one of the lowest points in life when I met her. Initially, in my shattered state, I found her directness, assertiveness, and criticism to be a bit harsh. Yet, as I continued to work with her, I realized it was her technique that forced me to stand firm, to be assertive, to get organized, and gave me the courage to face my fears. I found her to be authentic , communicative, and responsive to my concerns throughout the process. Tara McNaught Mr. Galletta and staff are wonderful to work with. We used his law firm for a probate case from when my husbands dad passed away suddenly. Andys methodology how to take "us procrastinators" through this complicated process, decision making, and gathering our data is amazing! He spends the right amount of time at each meeting to present the "legal mumbo jumbo" to us in a way we can understand! This is work, yes, but each step of the way leaves time in between for considering what has just been presented. Never did we feel rushed! Andy always answered ALL of my questions with patience and understanding, I was so thankful for that. Office staff is competent and pleasant and everything runs like clockwork. Andy is a brilliant, knowledgeable and friendly guy. The feeling we have now, having completed our Estate planning is such a relief, vs boarding a plane and saying to each other, "we need to do our trusts!..."
