5 /5 Brian Dobson: Mike and his assistant Catherine gave me realistic expectations when they took my case. They gave me a time frame of how long it would take to get a hearing date, then to receive a decision from it, which were very close to what they actually were. They prepped me for the hearing and on my hearing date I was not surprised by the any of the questioning. Mike was very professional at the hearing, he presented my case proving I do have a disability and I was fully approved. 2 /5 L M: This attorney was mean to me on two occasions. I had to drop off some papers, the office door was locked so I knocked, he came out & we talked for a few minutes & I was in tears because of the way he spoke to me & he NEVER invited me in. Mr. MASTROGIAVANNI lacks understanding & compassion. This was the ONLY time I spoke in person with him. I would also like to say Catherine was mostly kind to me. I did win my case after about 30 months but I will not use his services again unless he gives me an apology. The nurses I had worked with at the hospital gave me his contact info but since, they are now aware of how I was treated.

From the moment I made the first phone call on behalf of my husband they were caring, explained the process for what we needed to do and were always there to answer any questions. They even went above and beyond when we had some extenuating circumstances come up during my husbands case. I would highly recommend Mike. He and Catherine really treat people with dignity and respect. We are very grateful to have found them.
