5 /5 bloodslash90: Quite white-glove service here! I sent in a Waltham thats about 125 years old after looking around all over town and finding nobody who would even want to touch it. The guy took it, quoted me 10 days, and it was done in precisely 10 days at an affordable $220. Its running like a top now and came back to me in a nice, cushy little box. Now well see if I can get another 125 years out of it! If you need real *watch work* done and not just a battery swap, dont bother looking anywhere else but here. This is the only guy in Ocala that will do it. ADDENDUM: Around a week or so after the initial repair, the minute hand fell off the dial which to my understanding was not his fault. Being that it was made while Queen Victoria was still on the throne, it had come loose due to either use, age, or both. Either way, **he fixed it for me while I waited in the span of 5 minutes at no charge.** This guy has a ONE YEAR warranty on his repair jobs and he does good work.

5 /5 Dustin Delisle: I had a mechanical watch that had a small issue that needed to be corrected. After calling every jeweler and repair place near Ocala and being told they couldnt do it or didnt want to I finally found Ricky’s Watch and Jewelry. After speaking with them over the phone I bought my watch in and it was cleaned, fixed, and fully functional within an hour. Absolutely 5 star service and price. If you are even thinking about getting your watch fixed or maintained give Ricky’s a call.

1 /5 bob smith: Took my nice Daniel Jean Richard TV screen chronograph to Ricky and he bad mouthed previous repair guy. Ricky charged me $450. Had the watch back to him 4 times. Picked it up yesterday after leaving with him 6 months and my watch stopped running AGAIN!! This guy is not a technician. He is a joke watch repair. Do not go there for repairs!!!!! He is slippery!!! 1 /5 Ken Hook: I brought to Rickey my 100+ year old Waltham pocket watch that recently stopped working. He overhauled the watch at an acceptable price and it works just terrific. He does this work himself and does not mail it to someone else. Thank you Rickey for a job well done! Talented and honest! I spoke too soon. I had to return the watch 2 times. Each time I found the watch did not operate correctly. Gears jamb and time piece stops. Hundreds of dollars more I invested here and thought he would eventually get it right. Time to go elsewhere.
