1 /5 fekade bekele: I had very bad experience with this insurance company and they are not helpful. They added someone who doesn’t live with me to my policy and raised the price.

2 /5 Steve Perry: If you get a Progressive Home policy you almost don’t have insurance! You may think you’re covered but I will tell you likely will not receive enough money to even do the required work. If you are considering them be forewarned that they will not pay stuff. Force you to file two claims on the same event and double your deductible. They play games all in their effort to not pay your claim! The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! Don’t say you weren’t warned!

1 /5 Tammy King: This office is not who I am reviewing. I called progressive directly. Tammy, the person who gave me a quote was great, but there was an issue with a past due balance, I knew nothing about so she sent me to customer service. For a week I was trying to get it straightened out, my ex husband had a policy I was on because my name was on the vehicle I didnt even know about it, so customer service says I have to pay it to get insurance, I sent them a copy of my divorce and still even though we were not living together she said I would have to pay it, she said we had to be legally separated or divorced and I need to cancel it myself (even though I didnt know about it). I asked her what she considered legally separated, not living together. We were not living together. She still refused to budge, then put me on hold and left me there because I asked for a different supervisor. The people in customer service stink!!!!!!
