1 /5 Monica North: Extremely difficult to work with. My father has been in the hospital for months and I am his power of attorney. I drove 40 minutes to the closest branch with all paperwork to be told they will call me back. When they finally did a couple days later I was told they had to speak to him first and they couldnt give me access. I asked what would happen if he was unable to speak to them and was told "well he can so we need to". Thats not how this works people! I have yet to be able to access his account to pay his bills. Luckily he has another account with Chase who are not a bunch of morons and know what a power of attorney is. Also, prioritys website is a joke. It is never working and they have no customer service number like every other bank I know. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable bank.
