Heart to Help I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fit In Studio, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The gym was impeccably clean it and well-maintained, which is always a plus in my book. What really stood out to me, however, was a quality of classes and the personal training sessions. The instructors were highly skilled and passionate about their craft, and they pushed me to achieve my fitness goals in a fun and engaging way. Overall, I highly recommend Fit In Studio to anyone looking for a luxury fitness experience.

Heidi Sakes F45 visited our apartment complex. They were prepared with a 10 circuit program which involved strength, resistance and cardio stations. As a 61 year old without much training, both trainers were encouraging, professional and were quick to help me modify any activity that I needed!! Kudos to F45!!! Skate with Jeanine I have been walking by Devalon Fitness for months and finally walked in to see what this facility is all about. First of all, you’re greeted by a very handsome dog & I noticed that all the gym equipment is in mint condition. That right there says a lot. I signed myself and my husband up for personal training with James and we are one month in. We are blown away to say the least. James offers metabolic testing (AMR & RMR), InBody scans, & virtual functional medicine. I can’t find this within 50 miles of Pompano Beach and I would have to drive to multiple different locations to get this type of testing. After taking all these assessments, we are now able to understand what is needed to train, eat, and live better on a personal level. James knows every aspect of our bodies and health to tailor our workouts specifically to us. We are very fortunate & happy so far. James is extremely educated & passionate about fitness. His focus is on you every moment of the workout. He doesn’t wander off and pay attention to his phone which is major for me. His facility offers a sauna and cold plunge which we can use at all times. We have both never used them so it’s been a game changer for our recovery. We can’t wait to see how our bodies will transform months from now.

christine sneeringer Excellent workout!! Robby (the trainer) pushed me in hiit class but he made it so fun! For me that’s a winning combination — when I can have fun AND break a sweat!! Clean gym. Professional and courteous staff. Highly recommend!!

Connie Booth Updated and plenty of accessible parking. The entrance is a bit small however other vehicles understand the traffic pattern. Little Caesars and Enterprise are at entrance then Aroma Joes has a separate entrance and plenty of parking

Tyler Scrimale Amanda & Dennis made this such an enjoyable experience! This new location seems to have everything I could dream off! Cant wait to try out the new Hot Studio and throw some weight around on all of those Power Racks!

Claudia DuBois I am a seventy-one year old woman who had sustained injuries from a previous gym. For the last four years, the Owner and her compassionate coach Tonja have worked with me, always finding a work around if I was challenged. This gym and its family oriented members have been a game changer and live saver to me. If you are looking for a great gym to improve the overall quality of your life, even if you are older and/or a beginner, I could not give a higher recommendation!

Jessica Eastep I was on vacation in Pompano and so thrilled to have a studio right around the corner on the water and within walking distance. I went 3 times and had different teachers each time. They were all so friendly and welcoming and taught excellent flows. The studio space was clean and inviting. They opened the doors on both sides and a great breeze comes through during the class. It was relaxing and exactly what my body needed to start my days. I will revisit when back in the area!
