Jennifer Meritil This experience has been amazing, we were in need of the funding since we are waiting in a two year long lawsuit. It has hurt us financially and although we know it will be worth the wait. There are some things we can’t wait any longer to handle. So I contacted Louis at Delta funding and he was amazing with a capital A!!! He made sure I got what I needed and helped along the way. He was quick and very professional. Everything he said would happen with the fist call happened right away. I would recommend him to anyone. I kinda wish we knew him personally because I believe he is an amazing guy. Gustavo Antonioni Horrible customer service and bank does not take responsibility for stealing your money! I tried to withdraw money from their ATM last night - machine did not give me money but receipt confirmed my money was taken. I called today to speak with bank Manager Bill Reynolds and after they checked my withdrawal receipt transaction number they confirmed no money was issued and that I had to deal with this situation with my bank which is based in England as I ma here as a tourist. So not only did I not get cash last night because of their negligence I had to incur long distance charges today to have my bank resolve this . I find this to be a terrible oversight in taking responsibility for what is actually theft . NEVER USE THIS BANK!
