LA Fitness - Hialeah (FL)

1 /5 martha medina: This is not a worthy gym to attend. Staff never cleans, staff never places equipment back. Every machine that is usable is about to break down or it simply has a “no working” sign, it is never repaired. The sauna and steam room are never working and the bathroom is always dirty and full of bugs. There is dust everywhere, I remember coming here since I was little with my mother & wow it has not changed, it has not upgraded. The quality has spiraled immensely, you cannot jog without feeling like the machine is about to break down. This location is so aware of their defects if you obtain membership here it is cheaper than any other location, with that being said I was caught in the “deal” but after many months of no improvement and struggle enough is enough. Here is my review and the last time ever utilizing this gym.

The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a great variety for both strength training and cardio. The staff is friendly, helpful, Orlando was super helpful helped me with my membership. it’s a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive place to work out.

5 /5 Jackie Mach: Love this location Maritza at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. With a huge smile always acknowledging everyone and greeting people, we all know that good customer service is super rare now in days especially in Hialeah. Location is clean and comfortable.

I came very early And Maritza always said good morning , the shift for the cleaning at that time also made a good service the only thing that I mad is because a lot of members made complaints about the machines sometimes not working properly also There is no variety in dumbbell weights, for women especially there is only a pair of 5, 10 and 15, its time that with the money we pay they fill the supply, there are simply no weights to train
