From the moment I walked in, she was warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. Grace took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making what could have been a stressful process feel easy and comfortable. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping people. Her kindness and dedication really stood out, and I left feeling confident and supported. 2 /5 Chase: People seemed nice but were having an ATM issue that that couldnt resolve since the morning so they told me they couldnt assist in opening a new account. Very disappointed with the customer service here. Was told to go to some other branch. I dont recommend this location.
