Rita I Such a great experience getting our first permanent bracelets at Summie! It’s located in a business office inside this salon suite located next to Tacos & tequila. We made appointments the day before which allows a 30 minute time frame for 2 people. My fiancé and I got a gold filled and a gold bracelet with 2 charms each. It ended up being about $350 for both its a bit pricey but we hope they will last a while. Sarah was the person who helped us with our bracelets, she was very friendly and professional! They provide instructions at the end on how to care for your jewelry and if it ever breaks off (within one year), you can bring it back and they will reconnect it at no charge, as long as it doesn’t get lost of course. I loved how many different chain options they provided, from silver, gold filled, 14k gold, a lot of different charms were available as well that were also silver, gold filled and even some 14k gold charms. They also have so different accessories like earrings, and hair clips for purchase. A lot of parking available in the plaza and they have some restrooms in the building as well if needed with vending machines. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment before going because it’s a small area and that way you have plenty of time to make a decision. I will definitely be back and bring some friends and family!

Lauren Ashley I had such a good experience today! I’m not sure what girls were working but they both were young and had light eyes. I brought in my 5 month old son and they were just so sweet and attentive. I was going in for NOTHING and left with 3 things haha. As a former small boutique owner, they were golden. Sad to see such bad reviews as I know how damaging that can be to businesses. Anyways, loved my experience + such a gorgeous store! 10/10 recommend.

Maura DeLair I have never needed the services offered at a pawn shop and was clueless as to how it works. I was greeted and taken care of by a young man named JAIME. He was so kind and informative on procedure and the different ways a transition could be handled. I felt like I was treated very fairly. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs to recycle gold. Ask for JAIME he will take care of you!!!!

Jennifer Javor I asked Mr. Anderson to make a custom pendant with a piece of ametrine I had previously purchased. He came up with a beautifully unique design that complemented the pattern in the stone, and was very communicative throughout the process of making the pendant. I absolutely love the creativity that went into this piece!

John Hugill I used to be from Fort Myers, close to Naples, where the store it. My wife did business extensively with Marilyn, and we LOVE HER. She always did fantastic work, at reasonable prices, and my wife would never do business with anyone else. Glad to hear you are still there and in business.

Diane Augustus I recently found that a prong had broken on my diamond engagement ring. Being new to the area, I needed to find a knowledgeable and reliable jeweler. We were recommended to B. Franklin from a friend who was very happy with them. I brought the ring in and the jeweler explained what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price. In 3 days time, my ring was repaired and looked brand new. I wouldnt hesitate to go back. Not only were they knowledgeable, but also very pleasant!

Amy Grossman I stopped in to get my bracelet repaired and was so happy with my experience! They quickly fixed it while I waited. Plus they cleaned it and checked it out too, making sure the diamonds/settings were strong. I thought I’d have to go back in a few weeks to pick it up, so I was pleasantly surprised I could get it so fast. The price was also much lower than I expected, so reasonable! I will definitely go back again for all my jewelry needs.
