A Rehman I needed commercial insurance as the landlord needed to give me the premises. I called them based on a recommendation. Ms. Cindy worked late on more than 1 day trying to figure out my insurance needs and help us get the keys on a late late friday afternoon going into the evening so the landlord gets the policy and we get the keys over the weekend to get remodelling going for the clinic. I was very very impressed by their work ethic, attention to details for the client, and just their input on the lease terms and my contractual safety. They of course didnt give legal advise but discussed what typical leases say and what this lease was saying comparatively.
