There are a tremendous number of vendors to choose from in the Festival, most are cluttered with too much inventory and not all a good value. Jays prices are very fair and his well displayed merchandise makes shopping for a piece of jewelry a pleasure. Whether Jay or one of his staff is helping you you are sure to get great service. 1 /5 arlene knowles: This merchandise turns orange and when you take it back they say it is the dealers issue but I bought it from Jay at good as gold. This stuff is not good at all. I am still owed a bracelet that I gave him since April and I went for it on Dec . 12th and he does not have it and never offered any solution. I am not a one time customer either. Beware of spending your hard earned money at this place.
