5 /5 Steve Shippee: Mr. Swiatek assisted my 87 year old mother who was accused of causing an accident with injuries. She was making a left turn at an intersection, when a vehicle came up from behind her and impacted the right side of her car. Thinking she had run over a speed bump, she waited for the light to change and then drove on, not knowing that her car had been hit. The other driver called the police and complained of neck pains... which led them to hunt down my mother for leaving the scene where there was a reported injury. Glenn took the case on her behalf and made an elegant and powerful argument to the judge, saying to the prosecuting attorney "this law wont work for you". The charges were dropped, and the prosecuting attorney apologized. It was a wonderful experience to see the relief on my mothers face after having been told earlier by the police officer that she should have been booked into jail for her "crime." Mr Swiatek provided a wonderful service with little preparation time - he listened well to her story and was able to quickly synthesize his argument. An excellent attorney that uses legal skill and elegant language to support his clients!
