5 /5 Maria V: My family and I have been going to this gym for approximately 7 months and we absolutely LOVE it! Everyone in this gym is so friendly, the coaches are absolutely incredible, the equipment is all fantastic, and the owner is always incredibly kind and responsive! The group class workouts are always varied and fun With a clear long-term goal in mind for us to increase in strength and health. I cannot tell you how impressed we are with this gym! My parents are in their 60s and the coaches work with them to adjust any exercises if needed and everyone gets individualized advice to their level. This is a great atmosphere where everyone just wants to be healthy and improve a little bit each day! I 100% recommend this gym!!!

The workouts are challenging, well-structured, and always designed with purpose. What I really appreciate is the emphasis on proper warm-ups—they’re quick, effective, and help prevent injury so you can train smarter and harder. Coach Moe is the king of motivation. He brings the perfect mix of expert coaching and humor, pushing you to your best while keeping the energy high. His passion is unmatched and makes every class something to look forward to. If youre serious about results and want a gym that truly supports your growth, Gainz Fit is it.

At 45 I’ve been a Crossfitter for over 4 years, and Gainz Fit has truly become my second home. The box is CLEAN, great programming, professional Rogue equipment, CLEAN showers, great kids room (they even provide snacks) the coaches genuinely strive and care to make you a better athlete. From proper technique, to pushing you out of your comfort zone they are always there to assist you. I have grown so much in the past year. The positive energy of the box is like no other we work hard, and wod even harder! Fellow athletes helping one another, and the loudest cheers are those helping a fellow member push through those last grueling reps before the clock stops. If you’re looking for a box that will challenge you physically, and help you achieve goals you never thought possible Gainz Fit is definitely the spot!
