1 /5 Eugene G: Terrible Experience – Avoid This Broker! I had a very unpleasant experience with Cariana Luzardo from the Cape Coral Geico insurance office. She initially sent me several quotes, and I responded to the one I wanted, asking her to proceed with binding the policy. She collected my credit card information, but when I received the confirmation email, the policy limits were lower than what I requested, and the price was over $200 more than quoted. When I called her to fix the issue, she became argumentative, insisted it was my fault, and then rudely hung up on me. I dont understand how difficult it is to simply take the quote I approved and turn it into a policy—let alone why the price changed so drastically. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and the lack of professionalism was unacceptable. I strongly recommend finding another broker to work with—this one is both incompetent and dishonest.

2 /5 Greg Hill: Not so customer oriented like when I first when there as a new customer. I was trying to get an explanation for my recent 67% rate increase when Ive had no accidents or tickets. They simply printed the same upcoming payment schedule that Id showed them and said it was just a normal increase. 67% is no way "normal ". Furthermore, they didnt even offer to look at my coverage to see how I could reduce the premium.

1 /5 LeAnn Smith: Do not recommend this insurance, they quoted me a price of 126 down and 131 a month, I paid the 126 and my next payment was supposed to be 131 I looked and they were trying to take 400 dollars out of my account, I called and they said it was because of high risk accident area I lived in and because of hurricanes coming , why do we have to pay for other peoples accidents and natural feaster, so I switched companies, they rip people.off, do not use Geico
