I called in, and spoke “Sandra” ! I sent her the watches I was looking for. After talking to her over the phone, I went to the store. Ive also had a set of earrings and a different ring fixed (lost diamonds) and it was fixed perfectly, quickly, and affordably. The Dover Team was welcoming, communicative, and knowledgeable every time Ive come to them. They have exquisite taste and you can tell by their inventory (and the team :-). Joanna U They did an amazing job fixing my wedding band that was previously re sized at another gable’s jeweller which left me with blisters. I was so impressed with the way they managed to fix this. I also had my engagement ring re sized there which was done perfectly. The customer service is wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable.
