5 /5 William D: A True Gem in Lakeland! I initially visited Foshee Jewelers to have my Howard Miller mantle clock repaired—they’re an authorized agent, and from the start, I was impressed. The clock technician took the time to really understand the issues I was having, explained the possible causes, and offered helpful insights I hadn’t heard before. He also gave me a few options, which made me feel involved and informed rather than rushed or upsold. The repair took about a week and a half, and in the meantime, I mentioned an issue with a pendant on my chain that had been giving me trouble for years. I’d almost given up on it—but to my surprise, they were able to repair it the same day, quickly and perfectly. What I thought was unrepairable turned out to be easily fixable in the hands of professionals who knew what they were doing. When I returned to pick up the clock (which is now working beautifully), I also brought in some gold and silver to sell, and that process was just as smooth and straightforward. The staff was always friendly, professional, and communicative at every step. This is what I would call a true, traditional jewelry store—the kind that’s rare these days. They’re not like mall jewelers just looking to make a sale. Foshee Jewelers is a place you can trust for both quality pieces and honest, expert service. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Joe Power: Went into the shop to sell some items I inherited. I have zero knowledge of jewelry. Mr. Keshishian was most helpful and full of knowledge. Definitely a must if you have questions, or wish to buy or sell items. A great experience, will be back. :)
