1 /5 Eliette Plata: I gave them my credit card for Auto-Pay, and they used someone elses card. Obviously, the other person cancelled the unauthorized charges. 2 months later my insurance was cancelled without my knowledge, and my license was suspended. I had to pay $250 to reinstate my license & pay another $600 for new insurance. I called them, and they simply hung up! She said to just sue them, if I think theyre accountable. I will ! They have to be accountable for their mistakes. They are INCOMPETENT! Once they have your money $$$ could careless. Plus, they are expensive. Its better to go online. She did not event try to figure out how the mistake was made. She simply hung up!

1 /5 Tony Rajeh: Aweful. No one answers the phone. I called to speak to the owner to tell him how frustrated I am with our agent and the secretary put me on hold for 10 min, then hung up on me, and now I have called 8 times in row and they dont answer.
