Donald Mears Cole is the best of the best! I had several appointments in the one of Mariannas office and they had to cancel because of their staff was sick! The young lady at the Mariannas office called Coles office and made me a appointment for that day! I drove over 30 miles for this appointment to get my income taxes done! You guys always do a great job but this time it aways beyond that! Thank you again Cole!

Was solicited to come to “Customer appreciation days” where I could supposedly refinance my loan and get some Christmas cash DENIED. Branch told me I would never quality for that amount in their branch Whose running this business? The home office or the branch? Wasted 4 hours traveling from Bonifay and 2 of those hours for them to check my credit Wondering if I will qualify for a refinance or another loan ever at this branch Paying $72 a month, it’s hard but it’s paid on time.
