She explained everything very clearly, and was attentive, patient, and courteous throughout the process. Her excellent customer service certainly deserves the highest rating.

1 /5 Nathan Gomez: Went in twice to open an account and no one could help. So I went online and they declined my app for checking account even though I have great credit. Definitely will be banking with chase in the future

5 /5 Keith Magno: I have been using this bank for the last 6 months and have had exceptional customer service every single time. The head manager David is the most helpful individual Ive ever met at a bank. Every time I come in and need something done, he has always pulled through above and beyond. Im assuming the bad reviews are from a while back when COVID procedures were a thing. The people working at this bank are truly 5 stars.
