5 /5 Faviola Martin: We had such an amazing experience at Askew Jewelers and trusted them with refurbishing a family heirloom. My grandfather was given this ring as a gift from my grandmother during his service is World War ll. The ring was handed down to my father, then to me when I entered the military. The ring suffered quite a bit of damage over the decades. Askew Jewelers worked their magic and made a 80 year old ring look brand new again. Our son recently graduated from college and joined the US Army as an Officer. It was an absolute honor to present him with this ring. We couldn’t have done it without your Team!! Thank you

2 /5 Jose Ortiz: Great customer service from the staff. But bad experience with the owner. Owner took a picture of my ID without asking permission. I would never return to back to that store. Thank you for sharing your policies with me. I understand that your concerns for security against fraud. I agree.But it would have been nice if I would have been asked permission because you took a picture of my I.D without my knowledge

5 /5 Leah Lovelace: I took my ring in to be tightened, and they did it on the spot! They also gave me information on insurance and were overall very helpful. Will come again for any jewelry needs.

2 /5 Jason Bonilla: Been there twice got turned away twice, I was told there is no way to fix my jewelry. Meanwhile the jeweler down the street managed to fix my diamonds in a day. So much for the repair portion of the business.

5 /5 Keeleigh Marie: I had an awesome experience with Askew Jewelers. Over the weekend, I ended up crushing my engagement ring and wedding band and was devastated that it wouldn’t be able to be fixed. Went in today to them and within 2 minutes my ring was completly fixed!! They were so sweet and didn’t even charge me to fix it. Will definitely continue to use them for any future jewelry!
