drorit silverman I hired Michael Hines last minute not realizing I need a lawyer for my daughter. It was the best decision I ever made. Michael, not only having the best bed side manner, was beyond prepared for this case that the other lawyer didnt even question my daughter n the stand. Michael made sure everything was ignorer and had every little detail ins file just in case. The case was dismissed and I cant tell you how thrilled we are. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if we do Michael Hines is the man to hire. We are so happy with the outcome and his due diligence.

Andys methodology how to take "us procrastinators" through this complicated process, decision making, and gathering our data is amazing! He spends the right amount of time at each meeting to present the "legal mumbo jumbo" to us in a way we can understand! This is work, yes, but each step of the way leaves time in between for considering what has just been presented. Never did we feel rushed! Andy always answered ALL of my questions with patience and understanding, I was so thankful for that. Office staff is competent and pleasant and everything runs like clockwork. Andy is a brilliant, knowledgeable and friendly guy. The feeling we have now, having completed our Estate planning is such a relief, vs boarding a plane and saying to each other, "we need to do our trusts!..." I say take the first step, choose Jackson Law and complete this necessary task! Dont make your family members roll their eyes in discontent that youre making them figure ALL OF THIS OUT after your death. If we can do it, anyone can....

Brittany Blalock I cannot imagine that anyone would seek help from Ms Caldwell at a high point in their life. It was arguably one of the lowest points in life when I met her. Initially, in my shattered state, I found her directness, assertiveness, and criticism to be a bit harsh. Yet, as I continued to work with her, I realized it was her technique that forced me to stand firm, to be assertive, to get organized, and gave me the courage to face my fears. I found her to be authentic , communicative, and responsive to my concerns throughout the process. With the integrity of a nurse and the skepticism of an attorney wrapped into a tiny 5 ft frame, Ms. Caldwell is a force to be reckoned with.
