5 /5 Lisa Toomey: Loukens was the best insurance agent Ive ever had to deal with. He kept in contact with me for a good 2 months not to the point of aggravation but had text me around 4 times to see if he could still be of assistance. We played phone tag for the last 3 weeks and finally got the insurance finalized and he was amazing. Loukens was more then patient and understanding with my issues I was having and that made it even more easy to get my new policy started. Thank you again Loukens, he needs a big bonus hes a person that makes a company look fantastic.
