Debra Elliott I wanted to treat my mom for her birthday. I looked for something closer to her. Came across this one after my third website. I was amazed by all the choices!! I couldn’t really pick for her. So I decided to go in and purchase her a gift card. Very pleased. Woman at the desk was very helpful. They also gave me a brochure for her. She is beyond excited. Can’t wait for her experience!

Devonte All I can say is I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!! Got my mom and grandma a massage at this place, and they absolutely loved it! Very flexible communication, very professional, and understanding too!! I was able to schedule the appointments online when they were closed, they responded almost instantly when they opened that next following day. I just called to verify and make some adjustments. Everything was a smooth process. TWO THUMBS UP!!!!

Felina Tiller Kristi ALWAYS does an awesome job! Clean, friendly staff and a gorgeous salon. She takes her time and pays attention to detail, which is huge cause some salons try to get you in and out to get a quick buck. NOT HER! My now go to salon in palatka!

Becki S Kelly did the dang thing! I looked stunning. Unfortunately my photographer never showed so I dont have many pictures...but I promise you, YOU will not be disappointed!! I have super thin hair and she made my extensions blend flawlessly you couldnt even tell I was wearing them. I was doubtful that I could even wear them without them showing. 11/10

Samantha Ohlemacher They worked fast and efficiently on my mani + pedi. First time going to this nail salon. Everyone was very friendly. I love my almond lemonade dip powder fingernails and gel toe. Ill definitely be returning. I was lucky to get in just before they were getting a rush.

Regine Anderson I came here last week with my husband for pedicures, which were amazing. As for my nails, I’m not sure of the name of the tech who did them, but she sits to the front left of the shop. This is the second time she has done my nails and both times they have looked horrible after just a few days. I have not had these nails for two full weeks and by the looks of them you’d assume I’ve had them for a month! I miss My, she is amazing!

Lillian Strawder Another fantastic mani/pedi experience with Kelly. I get the most creative, beautiful nail art done by her. Her salon is always very busy (for good reason!) so I recommend calling ahead. She’s always ready to see me at our appointment time that I drive over an hour to make. My acrylics nails last the longest they ever have, and do not depreciate before my fills. Even the charms stay on and they grow out well because of the immense effort she puts into shaping, applying the acrylic, and the unique decorations she offers. There’s loads of colors and gems to choose from and a basket full of stickers. She’s always willing to try different styles till we find the one we like, and is always patient with our decision making, as there’s lots of choices! I love the pedicures we get here too. The paraffin wax is my fav, and my toes feel soft and look great even a month later when I come back to do them again. My partner and I are treated with love and respect. It’s an experience that we look forward to every 2-3 weeks. I can’t say enough good things about this place, and that’s a wonderful way to feel about a service that elsewhere for so long felt just meh. True quality experience from qualified, friendly professionals.

Auretha Callison I got a great gel polish!!! New person was working on me, so wasnt a 5 but I was able to get in with no wait. Beautiful polish -fluorescent pink! I admire it daily!!

Shalonda Ellis I’ve been going to the owner since before she had her own shop. (9+yrs) So quality can be provided. This is simply not quality work, I understand some techs are more skilled than others and some have their specialties. This is an acrylic full set, which I provided polish. Sticker price is $35 without providing that. My total was $65 at the register. Then tech was also rough and rushing, which is something I just typically don’t complain about. However services can be refused if they don’t want to do them but they’d rather, get your money. As someone who’s dealt with Kelly for years as a TECH, the playing and unprofessionalism is something that’s funny and cool until it’s not! Then if they’re already comfortable crossing that line casually imagine when there’s an issue. Verbal insults, secondhand embarrassment, physical touch/strike and more. I’ve experienced it, I wish I wouldnt have brushed so many small things I was uncomfortable with under the rug. I’d have much rather done business elsewhere. When I got to a manager I expect that customer satisfaction be a priority. I’d rather have had my nails taken off or had the polish removed and done elsewhere but there was no resolve. I will definitely not return and I don’t recommend. This isn’t my first experience like this, I just decided to say something finally. It wasn’t all bad Now my pedicure was nice. The tech was rough just like with my hands but they are polished well. The price was what it typically is. However just like my nails they have 1 layer of regular polish that’s already spotty so it’s not going to last 2weeks.

Kelly Erhayel This nail spa is amazing. They have state of the art massage chairs and all of the techs were so friendly. What a hidden oasis. This shop newly opened and far surpasses the other nail salons in this town.

Raven R Went in at 5:00 and everything was going good until the polish came out. I asked for a pedi with French tips leopard print with tan tips. The lady said 85$ for the whole thing and painted them COMPLETELY WRONG. white French tips with COW PRINT. She had the photo the entire time in her lap and could see what I wanted. Didn’t even color match them. I get to the register and it’s 165$. Unbelievable. I usually don’t get upset but I have a job that demands a certain pedicure and I NEEDED the exact design. Never coming here again.

Dianna Sullivan Today was my fourth visit to Brenda at Super Nails in Palatka. She is meticulous, patient and super friendly. After a really good nail tech left SN and I felt like I was being rushed and the polish was getting sloppy, I switched to another salon near Hitchcocks. After having a bad experience 3 times straight, I decided to try Super Nails again. I was extremely fortunate to get Brenda. I hope shes happy there and stays forever!

He did exactly what we both wanted and we couldn’t be happier. He is very personable and listened to the style we wanted and did exactly that. We highly recommend this salon.

Sabrina Willis First their price sheet and what they tell you that you are going to pay is not the same. Then I have some young man who rolled his eyes at me when asking about cutting my ingrown. His massage was a joke. He rubbed for 5 minutes and you know how a foot massage is supposed to feel and let me just say it sucked. I wont even run the risk of letting them do my manicure. Needless to say I wont be back.

S H I have been here 3 times. The first 2 times were really nice. We had the owner and his wife work on our nails. The owner worked on my mother in laws and his wife worked on mine and she did an amazing job. However this 3rd time we went we called to set up an appointment. They close at 6pm and we get off work at 5p. I asked them if we could get mani/pedis for a 5:30 appointment. The lady said yes and asked if we could get there a bit earlier. We did leave work earlier to try to get there earlier because they asked us to. We got there at 5:20. They had the son and daughter work on our toes. We got a simple pedicure. My mother in laws toes ended up like ruined. He did not paint her toes well at all. She then wanted to get the nail extensions/fills with powder and they discouraged her from it loudly saying “that’s fake nails!”. She just wanted a small extension. Clearly they were in a hurry. The son told her he doesn’t do the fill nails and pushed her hands away. She then changed her mind and said she wanted gel and she even apologized that it was late and knew they wanted to go home. He was clearly annoyed and didn’t say a word. She explained to me that he painted her nails really fast and didn’t bother to push her cuticles back or anything. Again, her toes had spots on them as if the nail polish was ruined and then he frantically painted her fingernails all for about $55. 4 days later her nails started peeling. For me the daughter did my fingernails and I could tell she was also in a hurry. I’m not 100% sure how it works but I recall they put lotion on your hands and ask you to wash them at least 2 times, that didn’t happen. I had to ask if I could wash my hands. My mother in law left feeling like she wasted her money and I don’t blame her it wasn’t good service at all. I really liked this place but I don’t think we will be going back, that was disappointing. In the pictures below, the first 2 are when we went the first 2 times and had our nails done by the parents. The third picture shows the one I just got done on Thursday.

Abigail L I don’t come here often but the times I have, it never disappoints! I love it here. They treat you like family and talk to you as if they’ve known you your whole life. Romeo and Jen are hilarious LOL it’s never a dull moment when you’re there. They are so nice and sweet. I love the work they do and I’m in love with how my nails came out!

Channy Likes to Reid Literally caught a toe fungus!! I have been getting my nails and toes done for 21 years and never have I had my entire toe nail start turning white/yellow under it and then came off entirely. They use the same scrub stone one everyone’s feet, they do not place a plastic in the foot bath for HYGIENE! Which lead to developing a toe fungus. Not to mention they do not care about your nail health one bit. The owners and family are cool people but lack proper nail hygiene and etiquette. They literally rip off your nails when you need a new set. I for one will not be returning and go at your own risk ⚠️. They also do not know what color is nude which is quite traditional for most American French nails. Update June 12th 2024, I discovered I have the fungus in both my big toe nails!! I’m very pist! I have to throw away my work boots, ON running shoes, and all shoes I have worn. Not to mention walk around with disgusting looking big toes!!
