Khalia Hinson Me and mother walked in and sat down around @11:46am. We sat and waited our turn like everyone else. There was a young lady who was there before us she was sat in the pedicure chair. My mother then went and sat in the chair. As I am waiting to be sat and older lady walked in and said we was waiting on a friend. About 20 minutes later the lady then came in and said she wasn’t waiting on her friend anymore and she was then seated 5 minutes later. Mind you I am still waiting to be sat. Me and my mom then notified them that I am waiting and they continued to take the other lady in the chair. I proceeded to asked how much long because I had been here for an hour and someone who came in 20 minutes ago was sat before me I was then told 10 minutes. My mother said her pedicure experience wasn’t good AT ALL. Once my mother was done no one still came to see if I wanted to be serviced until another 10 minutes. Me and my mother ended up very unsatisfied.

Elaine Strib Would NOT recommend! They only cater to a certain kind of folk. The older gentleman in the back did my Mani & Pedi. His polishing skills are horrible. I asked one of the main nail tech how my nails looked, she laughed at me...I paid. I will never be back for anything nail related. NEVER go to the older gentleman in the back for anything. * I also left my Burberry glasses. Theyll prob keep those. Not even fussing about em.

Jimmia Williams I had a disappointing experience at Tip and Toes Nail Salon in Lakeland. I went in for lash extensions for the first time and requested a natural look, making my preference clear from the start. However, I was given something completely different from what I asked for. Just five days after the appointment, my lashes started lifting, which was unexpected and frustrating. What made this experience worse was that the salon didn’t provide any aftercare instructions, which is especially important for first-time clients like me. When I reached out to discuss the issue, I was brushed off and blamed for not knowing how to care for the lashes, despite not being given any guidance. They even said I came in without knowing what I wanted, which wasn’t true—I specifically requested a natural look. This experience left me questioning whether the salon has the proper licensing and training to apply lash extensions. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve their service and communication with clients, but until then, I can’t recommend this place for lash services.

Savannah Diamond I don’t know how people are recommending her for lashes my eyes are so irritated after having to remove the lashes with oil because they were so thick and ugly and full of glue. I get my lashes done at Sun nails all the time and they weren’t open today so i tried this place and i will never again if you want your lashes done right go to Sun nails. I ended up taking the lashes off and they came off like strips that’s how glue’s together they were.

Fran Vankley My first visit to the salon for a frequent another establishment in the same Plaza I called twice because I was searching for something a little economical so I decided Ill go when I go to my other appointments so I go when theres only two or three people working I waited about a half hour about I was walk-in so first lady argued with me when I told her to cut my toenails shorter I mean she really bickered with me about it one was a sharp corner on my large toe and the other was just to cut them shorter. I was told when she was done that I owe her $15 cash 17 first of all I had to get her to repeat everything four times because she speaks terrible English I have a paralyzed vocal cord and I speak better than her I come in there with oxygen in a walker I did not need the aggravation when I told her I called twice including that day to ask about the pricing thats why I came because I just wanted change a Polish. She told me I must have called somewhere else and I told her no I know who I called and I did it twice to one day I sat in the parking lot cuz I took the number of the door anyway back and forth back and forth I sat there and let my toes dried I let it go cuz I dont need the aggravation again when I left I did want to bring it up but she started again about the price she said shed lower it a dollar I told her I only have a card so then she went back to the 17th so Ill never go back again I thought the place was dirty from looking at their trash piles on the outside to the pedicure bowls I go to many other places where they are spotless so shes rude dirty looking sloppy attire and I will not go back

Perryale Woods Kim is Very rude ! And unprofessional I went to go get my lashes done today and I wanted to get $25 job. She did them extra short and very ugly. I was always a great and faithful customer always came every week and she was trying to get me to get a $35 job who does that

mallory wilkinson The staff here is so welcoming and is so accommodating when it comes to a specific nail art design, nail color, or nail shape you want. They do such a great job with designs and they do it super efficiently! They also have so many different types of chrome powders, charms, dip colors, glitter, and more. They always have great specials going on too. 10/10 would recommend!

Nancy summers Heather and Valen...not sure where you went but it wasnt here. Nails plus is owned by a husband and wife team and the only ones that work in this salon. They are great people and always strive to do the best job possible. Tina managed to take my nails from cracking all the way down to the quik and further to looking like brand new nails..stronger than ever. Great people, great job.

Amanda Rodriguez Serene and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were delightful and energetic. I enjoyed the pedicure, nail paint was immaculate (Im big on how my nails look after being painted) great prices, I plan to be a regular. Thank you for your service

Val Ashley I went and had my nails done here (basic coffin full set) and the lady added the acrylic IMMEDIATELY after brushing on polymer and it burned so badly and cracked my actual fingernails so to the point where they were ruined and bled and I had to remove them that same day. My friend and I both did. We got them done by two different women and we were in pain. What made it worse it that when we told them it hurt they rubbed rubbing alcohol on our hands which also burned to high hell because she was careless with the drill and filled my fingers down too. Paid $50 (for again a basic full set coffin shape and PAIN.) Didnt tip and we will NEVER return!

julia willis 10/10 do NOT recommend. Did a poor job at my nails. If you don’t know her personally just forget about your nails looking good when you leave. AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. She WILL Scam people out of their money and she reschedules on them at the last moment. Who reschedules someone multiple times because they booked themselves for other things. Wouldn’t you look to make sure you didn’t have an event to take care of prior to making appointments. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Won’t be going back. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Vee Garcia Magda got me in last minute she was super sweet and professional!! She was very attentive when doing my gel pedi. I also got a wash/trim/blowout done by Deja and she was great as well. I know where to come if I’m ever in the area again!

lilvanillachinchilla Very cute and clean inside. Wonderful communication from tech to customer! They really took their time and were very detailed with my visit making sure all of my needs were met and that I was comfortable. This was also the first place I have ever been to my entire life where they cut my nails perfectly the very first time! Later hours and opened on Sunday’s are a HUGE plus for around here!! I told all of my friends to start coming here! I will definitely be back!

Katie Douglass Worst place I have ever been! They are rude! The older lady did my pedicure and did an awful job. I went back the next week to get my nails done and told them my toes looked awful and wanted a polish change. They refused to do my fill in because I was a “complainer” and charged my $30 to repaint the same color on my toes. When I asked why the wall said a polish change said $15 the rude skinny dude said they charge what they want. I will be disputing the charges and filing a complaint with the cosmetology board.

Amy Molyneaux quality of service not worth the price. Got a pedicure (half done), she only cleaned under my big toe nails & ignored the rest and my daughters toes look like a child painted them, polish was super thick. needless to say dont think Ill be going back.

Brown Paradise I do not recommend and here is why. First, simply treat others with the respect youd expect especially running a business. The guy running things was being rude to another customer and was NOT handling her nails with care. She expressed one nail was broke and he made several attempts to use the grinder hurting her, smh. She complained and he said you can go elsewhere, I interjected because she was tryin to do business with them, she works in the mall with her own business. There isnt that much convenience to deal with ignorance. My daughter and I were there for service but after seeing him miss treat the customer and speak wreckless I withdrew my request for service. He then asked me to move out of that seat as if the place was packed, a whole 3 customers. Unfortunately my daughter was with her tech and already with service underway, so no turning back. Second, there was another worker there that was trying to assist but he spoke out of line to her, she sat on sidelines. So apparently his tone she is used to. Thirdly, the tech tried to do a design my daughter wanted, epic fail and my daughter was like, no dont bother. Not what she wanted for freakin $55, big disappointment. I can add more but you get the jist of it.. Nail Pro in the Lakeland Mall is a bust, dont patronize this business.

Jeanette Mack I had a full spa day today. A much needed experience. I got a massage by Kristen who was awesome and helped with the soreness in my neck. A facial with Danielle who did microderm and made sure my face was fresh and dewy and a pedicure with Harmony, who rocked an awesome service, my nails looked great and the massage chairs were the perfect touch. Plus Alexia put lashes clusters on me. ( my first experience) Over all it was a great day. If your looking for an awesome experience and want to be a valuable part of these students growth I highly recommend checking them out. The best part. There are 2 campuses. One in Lakeland and one in Tampa! I will be back to repeat soon, hope you will be to!

Taylor Rose Couldn’t have asked for a better school experience. As a single Mom working 2 jobs, Artistic was flexible with my schedule, my instructors were EXTREMELY encouraging and supportive!! We also have a very diverse atmosphere!! I would recommend to anyone :)

Jennifer Mathers Holly was a delight. I walked in for a manicure and pedicure. She explained the different polish and spa services offered without hard selling them to me. I was surprised by the base services offered, like paraffin treatments, that I havent experienced elsewhere. I will definitely be back!

Carla33 Love Regal Nails! My husband and I go for pedicures and they are consistently good. The basic pedicure includes hot towels and paraffin wax for only $35. Cindy is great!

brooke wagner One of the BEST pedicures I’ve had in a long time. I was visiting my mom so I didn’t go to my usual place in Tampa. If this place wasn’t a far drive for me, I would come here instead. We just did the basic and it included a lot for a good price! They took 3 of us as walk ins and was very nice and accommodating. The place is clean and relaxing and an important to me: they listened to what I asked for without pressuring. We will definitely be back. Thanks for such great service!

Kristan Flores I have thought about this review for a while. I never like to leave bad reviews but here goes. A week before Christmas a friend and I decided to go get our toes done. My friend had a good nail tech she got right to work making her feel comfortable and what not. I waiting next to her in my chair patiently for my turn. The gentleman finally came to fill my water which was cold he would not warm the water up. He ignored me entirely. The water was not full yet in the foot tub he told me not to move because I was splashing water all over the floor. (There was no water on the floor and nothing was splashing) I picked my level of pedicure which the lady tech laughed bc it was the basic one said I needed to upgrade he shook his head no. He was really rough clipping my nails. He took about 5 minutes to do my pedicure left thumb print on my big toe did not put clear polish on the top got up walked away and never came back out. The lady tech was very concerned with the lack of amount I was paying and kept trying to make me get other services. I left very uncomfortable and never wanting to go back. This is not my first visit to the salon and no it was not busy at all that Friday.

Natalie Leonas Kelly is one of the most talented and kind nail techs I’ve ever worked with! If you are looking for a safe space to unwind and leave with the most beautiful looking nails then you need to book an appointment with her! I’ve been a client of Kelly’s for about a year now and while my nails have always looked great after my appointments she just recently introduced me to the Russian manicure and it has been a GAME CHANGER!! My manicure last longer, my nails are healthier, the skin around my nails is so smooth! This is one appointment I can’t miss!

Kassandra Salazar I’ve started coming a couple months ago and I don’t regret it at all. Kelly makes you feel so comfortable and is a perfectionist and I love that about her she makes sure that you leave feeling great & beautiful. Russian manicure is the way to go!
