t y I came across her page and since I been wanting to do this type of manicure for some time, I sent her a message on ig asking some questions regarding about it. She took the time to answer everything, even though it was late at night. Her place is super cute and cozy and clean. She makes you feel right at home. I did the regular Russian manicure/pedicure and my nails came out better then expected. My nails were very weak from doing regular gel/dips and she made sure that will not be the case anymore. She even fixed two of my broken nails. She is very patient and very detail oriented when doing the nails. I love my how my nails turned out. I highly recommend her.

Kimberly I’ve been getting manicures for years, but I have to admit Iryna does the best manicure. It last for way over 4 weeks. Never chips and my nails never break anymore. Pedicure is also great. It’s a dry pedicure so you don’t have to worry about fungus from the water bath. It last for over 2 months. It may cost a little more but when you look how long it last it balances out. Plus Iryna is so sweet. She’s a one man show and she takes pride in her work and it shows.

The first appointment I made was abruptly canceled before the appointment time due to "unforseen circumstances", which is understandable. I then, rescheduled for another date. I am now parked in front of the locked salon. No answer to the phones. No explanation. Just a no show I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are other options out there. I appreciate businesses that value their consumers time and deal professionally. Here is not one of them

Natalie Borowski I came here for the first time and ended up leaving with 4 nails where my skin was cut. The process was so unpleasant and painful. I even told the tech that I was in pain. The drill was also used for every process and even on top of my nails after the dip was removed which weakens the nail incredibly. Maybe the employee had an off day but it’s just unfortunate to go get your nails done and walk out in pain and fingers bleeding. Nails aren’t the cheapest and I’m always willing to pay the price no matter how much it costs but I expect quality work and techs to at least take there time. It hurts to even wash my hands cause my fingers are sore and constantly stinging.

Iris did an amazing job on my pedicure but her nail master have my nails looking like I paid $40 at the typical Asian nail salon!!!!!! Nails look unnatural and look like I have tips and acrylic on my nails!!! Not only did the master rush on my nails as if she had somewhere to be and I was making her late . I asked her several times During the service To make my nails look more natural!!!!!! I did not want to upset the Nail master so I contact the owner Iris!!!!!! While getting my services done, Iris left, she was not there while I asked the master to correct my nails several times!!!!!!!! When I contact Iris, I was very polite. I did not raise my voice. She became very upset, combative and nonchalant after paying $250 for my service. She stated if I wanted my nails corrected it will be an additional $85 and I would have to wait three more days until I can get my services corrected, my services with my pedicure and manicure came to $220. I tipped her $30 just to be unsatisfied. Iris do not respect or appreciate her customers as I drove two hours away to patronize her business. I should have never booked her services. She is unprofessional , I had to ask her to stop screaming at me. I never disrespected her, cursed at her or raised my voice if you were unsatisfied with your service and you were complaining during the whole entire service, I asked her to review her cameras as she can hear me, asking the nail master to correct the issue . Go to the nail art department if in the Hallandale area don’t waste your money !!!!!!! I didn’t ask for a refund and a correction I asked her to fix what was messed up. I live in Boynton and drive to the nail space in Wilton manors as they were busy, so I went to iris. I’ve been getting Russian manicures and pedicures for the last past two years With no complaints until today!!!!!!! A note to Iris as a business owner customers are always right When customers are Unsatisfied you as a manager, should try to remedy the situation and not provoke the situation Or use your pride!!!!!! My Russian manicures never look like this !!!!!!! Big,bulky flat and disgusting It looks like I have acrylic on my nails !!!!!!! In the white is from the nail space. Clean, natural hard gel!!!!! Iris nail master did my nails in the green it looks unnatural!!!!!!!!!! Then she lied to my mom when my mom called and said my nails were broken and messed up no all of my nails were even they just needed to be done at the time of service!!!!!! Her nail master drilled my nails so hard and said I needed extensions to try and make more money off me!!!!! I declined as I said I don’t want Extensions I want them to look natural!!!!!! Iris u are a liar I expressed during the service which u said u would review the cameras. Which is something u did not do.because you can hear me ask her during service to make it look more natural. In the picture provided the white set was a hard gel set as I already had a nice square shape to my nails. I did not ask her to make a bell bottom shape to my nail and create a fake look to my natural nail. Yes I was late because I had no clue traffic would be such an issue traveling almost 2 hours to your shop. Not only did I communicate throughout my lateness, you were very acceptive to my Tardiness. U did not offer to fix for free u tried to have me book another appointment and pay $85 on top of the $115 I already paid!!!! In your other one, Star review, your customer does not know me from a can of paint Experience I had what a coincidence!!!! She rushed on my nails and did what she wanted to do!!!!!! You were not there!!!!!! You’re very condescending Manipulative and disrespectful and extremely unprofessional

The salon is clean and comfortable (great massage chairs!) and the staff are very friendly, efficient and thorough. My nails look great and it was a very enjoyable experience. Dawnelle Owens Unfortunately this used to be my favorite nail salon but not anymore. I was clear about what I ordered which wasn’t what I received. I scheduled an appointment for a dip French manicure and instead the nail tech gave me a dip base color with a hand drawn French tip. I expressed that this wasn’t what I ordered or expected and she mentioned that because my nails weren’t even that she couldn’t do the dip French tip. My nails were longer this time than they were the very first time I ordered this same service a year ago with a different technician. The French lines aren’t all uniform and underneath the nails feel thick and clunky. When I brought this up to have it filed underneath a little bit to make it “feel” more comfortable she told me she couldn’t because my nails were too short. Never again! This place lost a customer because I will not be returning. My pedicure was fine but the “dip French manicure”was not. My cuticles look crusty and old as of I had my nails done for over a week already. Even after she told me to wash my hands there was no warm towel to place on my hands or lotion…I had to apply the lotion myself and she didn’t anything before she walked away. I didn’t even know we were done until I noticed that her station was cleaned and when I asked I was told that she was finished. Who does that?! Definitely not professional.

I came here last Thursday at 5:30pm, was put with a lady that did my nails so rushed that my 6 year old can do a better job at panting my nails. I am so disappointed, less than a week and my gel is already chipping off, the lady was so concerned about what the other lady was talking about in their language that she did not pay attention to what she was doing. Then went i went to pay i had to scan the code for Zelle because nobody was in the front to ask how the service was or nothing. Waste of my money and time. Update 5/21/24.. I received a call from the place for me to come in so they can fix my nails at no cost, made my appointment and came in, I was surprised and grateful that they actually did call to fix the issue, i picked a different color, had another girl that did my nails even though I felt like she was rushing, the color is very vibrant and looked nice this time, even though my nails were not cleaned on the side I’m pleased with the result. Tai, my technician, was kind and gentle. He did a beautiful job with my nails. I prefer natural/neutral colors and Tai had the perfect recommendation for me. I love my nails! They always greet you and take care of right away. Good product selection, clean, and friendly. Even though I only do regular gel nails, I always see other customers getting very artistic work on their nails, even with sparkling applications. It is a work of art!! I was given the “ Princess treatment” . The front desk staff was also kind and helpful. My mani and pedi on my natural nails came out extremely beautiful very clean.

Jocelyn Dominguez I was looking for a new Salon that was open late and had been wanting to try Toi spa because it’s right by my house and open later than the usual salon I go to. I was very grateful that they were able to see me and give me an appointment for the same day. I really wanted to love this place because it would make life easier as they offer a later schedule then my usual nail salon. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the end results of my nails(Not that I’m picky Iots just I get may nails done every 3-4 weeks and my nails have never come out like this). The pedicure was ok one of the fastest I ever had and it ended up going better after I explain to her a few things I wanted her to do she left some of my nails longer than others so I asked her to fix it (I asked her to fix one that she left really long she proceeded to cutting all of them shorter) . On to my nails, the technician started preping my nails to apply acrylic, he did the prep and when he was going to start the acryclic I asked is that acrylic to which he replied yes and I told him I was supposed to do Hard gel on my natural nail, in which he then grabbed the hard gel and proceeded. The end result fell short from my expectations and the more I look at my nails the more I see all the imperfections and it upsets me that I paid for my nails and will have to do them in less then 3 weeks because of the amount of space left between my nails and cuticles. I did my nails on Friday and it looks like I’ve had them for two weeks already based on the space between the hard gel and cuticle, the polish doesn’t cover some of the sides either and you can see the difference of the space between the right hand and left. Although I was displeased and disappointed with the result I would say the gentleman was very nice and did stay past the closing time to finish my nails (maybe that had a factor with the way my nails came out since they might have been rushed) and the young lady that was the receptionist was nice and attentive to my needs. Overall the employees were nice just the end results fell short. Unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for at this salon which was disappointing.

The owner has taken time to help me get back to natural healthy nails. There are no rush jobs at the salon. Your manicure and pedicure services will be completed with care.

Dav Hoc I did not ask the price of the mani-pedi because I have been paying $40-45 in other places. When the owner told me $53 I could not believe it. This was a no frills, no extras, mani-pedi. The woman did a nice job and I gave her the customary $10 tip. I will never go back. I felt enormously ripped-off.
