As a young mom who is constantly on her feet, theyve suffered with cracks and dryness that never seemed to go away no matter how much Id try to manage them myself. No regular nail salon pedicure could help. A medical pedicure is what I needed and Dollhouse collective provides an incredible service where Ilana takes her time to provide you with a tailored service for your feet. I called many podiatrists in the area looking for this service but non provided it. Thankfully, i was referred to Ilana by Family podiatry, which was such a blessing. Thank you!!

Nyleve Snyder What an experience! The setting of the atmosphere is so welcoming. You enter with calmness and beautiful aesthetics. When Ilana is doing your pedicure it is as if your feet and toes come out brand new! You feel the difference from the beginning and leave out with baby soft skin. I absolutely love the attention to details and the “white noise” of her machine that catches the filing powder. Customer for life!

Bailey Fletcher I recently had the most peaceful and pampered experience at this new nail salon. The one-on-one attention made it truly special, and the nail artist was incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. I opted for the waterless pedicure, which was one hour of pure luxury and relaxation. I will definitely return, and Im also excited to try their hair and makeup services. This experience is a must for anyone seeking a top-notch beauty experience.

Sydney Hoopaugh Velvet Aura is the only salon I’ll go to in town! Mhika is so amazing at what she does and makes sure her team is on par with the same level of service. The space is so relaxing it’s such a haven compared to other salons where you leave with a headache from the fumes, or just being overwhelmed by the constant door opening. Being appointments-only means you get such a personalized experience and your tech isn’t trying to manage running the store simultaneously. Mhika usually has movies or a show playing, so it’s such a great brain-break from the outside world. Mhika has been my mail tech for at least the past four years, and I literally refuse to see anyone else!

Alani Cromwell Mhika is such a skilled and courteous nail stylist! Just by walking into Velvet Aura you feel relaxed from her plants and complimentary coffee/snacks station. She always takes extra care with her Russian manicure (included FREE of charge with every service), very attentive to details, and the vibes are always immaculate. I also appreciate that her salon is 100% fume free. Ive never had ANY complaints whatsoever, my nails are always beautiful!

Christine Engels It is a great place to do your nails and eyebrow waxing. The staff is very friendly and professional and take time to get the job done well. If you feel like having a small glass of wine, coffee, tea or water, they serve your wish to you- and provide snacks to go along with. The place is small and cozy, which I like a lot. It is well decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. All in all it is a magnificent experience. I always look forward to doing my nails at Karina’s !

Taylor Lynne is the absolute best, no doubt about it! She always makes sure you get the nails you want, and they always look fantastic with amazing retention. She specializes in helping you grow your natural nails, and I love the work that she does. On top of that, she’s easy to talk to while you’re getting your nails done, and she is also accommodating for different schedules.

H Miller Lynn is an amazing artist and nail tech. It’s so easy to book and pay. She has a wide range of hours to meet all needs. Her prices are competitive, but I’d say unbeatable. It’s a private studio where it’s just you and her and a beautiful huge TV and she’ll let you watch what you want. She has many styles, colors, shapes, etc to choose from. Not to mention snacks and drinks if you need. I don’t think there’s anything she can’t do. She’s easy to talk to and I love coming to see her. She’s like your best friend nail tech. I bite my nails really bad and she never makes me feel judged or ashamed and I always leave feeling way better than when I went in. Thank you Lynn!!!

Elizabeth Sofia Padron We had a fantastic time during our girls nail day! It was our first visit here, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. You could tell they love what they do! Henry did my nail art meticulously, helping me choose colors that matched my desired look perfectly. He did an excellent job, taking his time with the design and checking in with me throughout to ensure I was happy with the progress. My sister also had acrylics done by Henry and was very pleased with the high quality and how he accommodated all her preferences. Mom thoroughly enjoyed her gel mani-pedi with Anna, especially the pedicure where Anna skillfully treated deep heel cracks painlessly and with great patience. Both my mom and my sister highly recommend the pedicure experience here. The salon was clean, organized, and all instruments used to cut and push back cuticles were sterilized in a UV machine beforehand. The pricing was very reasonable, and they also offer student discounts.

judith bertran Terrible experience. 2 hours almost for a gel mani/pedi which you would think it good be good quality. The lady did the scrub so strongly on my legs that I had little cuts. I have a cut next to a cuticle from the filing, which i told her she hurt me, but smiled and kept going. All my gel nails are chipping from day 2. I do not recommend it at all.

Bev G I’ve had consistently excellent massages here. It’s become exceptionally difficult to book services, though. Unfortunately, scheduling an appointment for a massage more than a month out isn’t realistic (for me) and booking multiple services for a single day doesn’t seem possible unless you book a very long time out. I just tried to book an hour massage and a facial on the same day and the first Saturday morning available was almost three month’s out. Good for SR that they are so busy, but bad for customers who can’t (or don’t want to) book that far ahead.

Nancy Báez Jessica did an amazing correction in my eyebrows. I had a previous old work that not only was fainted and bluish, but the shape was super thin. Jessica brought me hope and did a job only like an artist could accomplish. After a couple of sessions, I have the most beautiful natural-looking eyebrows. I recommend her as she is a very knowledgeable and kind person. The process was not painful for me and I found it very relaxing. I fell asleep last time as I trusted her in the whole process.

Joleen eliz No words can truly describe how relaxed I felt. I have had many MANY facials before. I typically have a very hard time relaxing during them and I usually feel the same leaving as I did when I first arrived. However that is not the case here. I have never felt so at peace and so rejuvenated in my life! I think I have finally found the perfect place to go to when life needs to get a little quiet. Alli Eve Edit** Worst set of dip nails I have had in years. I tried this place because of all the great reviews. Come to find out they will give you 5% off when checking out if you do a review. Within 24hrs the top coat started to chip/peal, Two nails separated from my natural nail.l, and there is a significant ridge at the cuticle area, I can even run my hand through my hair. I get my nails done regularly, same color, same technique. I am not sure what went wrong here.

C Castillo Absolutely my favorite and most reasonably priced place in Gainesville. Henry does great work if you’re looking for someone who does designs, pays attention to detail and such. Hi is the best for pedicures and gives good massages. They have great customer service, they try to work with you if you’re a walk-in as best they can. They offer you beverages etc. I moved here about a year ago and I’m picky about by my nail spots but I love this place overall and never had an issue.

I’m always nervous because most places I usually leave with 2 or 3 cuts on my cuticles but this place paid close attention to what they were doing and were very careful. They go above and beyond to ensure that they take every step to make your nails last as long as possible and it shows! Before I went to Only Nails my nails would break or start lifting within or after the first week, now my nails last 3-5 weeks! Definitely schedule an appointment because they get crazy busy and the wait time can be an hour but that’s expected because they’re literally the best place in gainesville.
