I’ve been coming here for about 3 years, followed them from the little place on Military Tr to the new, wonderful location on Congress Ave in Boynton Beach. This place is awesome! Ruby does a great job with the decor! The staff in general is super nice but especially Carlos and Bella! Carlos is attentive and very considerate and always works hard to accommodate any of my needs. Bella is the best nail tech!!!!! Creative and detail oriented, she has the best ideas and designs and knows what I mean when requesting something special. I highly recommend them!

Sarah Davis I recently had the best and most luxurious pedicure of my life today by Michael. I recently had a baby and needed a little self care and am so glad I came here. I was able to easily get a reservation with two hours notice, greeted politely, and had no wait. We selected the spa pedicure package and were taken to a table to select a scrub and lotion. I loved the presentation of the table. Then the ladies did an amazing job with the pedicure and painting of the nails. I will definitely be coming back anytime I need my nails done. This place was unlike any other salon I have been to. Definitely just what this sleep deprived mama needed to feel human again.

Becky Peeling A friend and I went for a pedicure. It was a weekday afternoon and the place was quiet with only two other customers. I was happy with my service -- the nail tech was very detailed and careful. My friend was not as happy -- her service seemed rushed as he was talking on the phone (wireless) as he worked. He cut her cuticle too close and it bleed a little. Not really bad but noticeable. I was disappointed that my friend did not have a good experience as we rarely get to spend this time together and look forward to it.

Lily Feldman I went to DILA nails yesterday and I love the way the turned out. I got done by Juli and she was so nice however I don’t think she spoke much English but that’s okay cause I went with another person so I talked to her. I think the employees are so sweet and the manager ( I don’t know the name sadly but it was a boy ) gave me and orange. I think it was a great experience and I would definitely go again . Plus the atmosphere was beautiful.

Natalie is the star of my manicure with many more designs to go! Lily is my best heart choice for pedicure. So patient, professional, attentive, caring and detail oriented. I’m so happy with Lily, her exceptional work and definitely massage where I can treat myself. She does exactly what I need on my visits. Highly recommended!!

Ayelet Strauss i got my nails done on vacation and looked up nails near me. this is the first place i saw and they’re soooo good. i gave them a inspo picture and they got it exactly. i kept switching up the colors i wanted and they were very respectful and kind about it. there is only a couple people that speak english, they mostly speak spanish. it was 60 for a gel french manicure and i got a free design on one finger for both hands. my sister came with me and she loves her nails too.

Caileigh Stoops WORST SERVICE EVER I never write a review I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years every three weeks and never walked out in the middle of getting them done I’d leave not liking them before saying anything but today was so bad she soaked my nails and started on the pedicure I immediately began to notice she was talking about me in creole which matter but that she increasingly made it more and more obvious I would ask her a questions about my nails and was ignored everytime after my toes were done I asked her if I could eat my food with the free hand if it was to much movement then I won’t immediately goes I speak to the lady like she did any time I spoke so I asked are you good? And she goes yeah sure “go” after went to br and decided I couldn’t sit there super uncomfortable and she had the nerve to ask for a tip after I came back and said I will finish somewhere else you haven’t been nice to me at all really sad this comment will basically do nothing

She saw how damaged my nails were and instead of trying to upsell me and overcharge me, she gave me the best/healthiest option for the design I was looking for- Gel X instead of acrylic. My nails have never looked so pretty and felt so good! Nikki is also very funny and VERY talented. Girls this is the place to get your nails done!!

The vibe is always so welcoming and the nail technicians are always conversing with their clients and each other and its very nice! It is always clean and near as well.

Katie Bowie I’d been to this salon twice before this manicure. When I arrived this time I stood at the desk waiting to be helped. The receptionist was on the phone and ignored me. After standing a few minutes and not being looked at I sat down. After she hung up the phone she walked away to fold towels. I sat for 15 minutes before I had to walk back to get her attention and ask her where to sit. Meanwhile nail techs were just standing around talking not paying any attention either. The service is subpar. I was also cut on every single one of my nails by the tech as she buffed them. When I went to pay they tacked on an extra $5 for shaping my nails! I won’t be going back to this salon.

Michelle A Ive been going to Jade for years. She is fantastic. Ive always had exceptional service from the entire staff. This salon has a Neighborhood vibe. Everyone knows everyone. Sister owned and operated and the people there love nails. They always know whats on trend. Its the complete opposite off all of these soulless chain shops that are popping up all over which you can tell the techs dont want to be there.

I have been going to LA since 2021 and even after moving I still make the 45 minute drive there just to get my nails done because they’re that good! The nail techs are super friendly, profesional and attentive to detail. Their work is implacable & always go above and beyond to deliver whatever I may ask for making sure that I am satisfied every step of the way while getting my nails done. I recommend calling for an appointment since they may be busy however I have walked in sometimes and the owner has done an amazing job accommodating and trying to squeeze me in! I’m consistently getting compliments on my nails and how long they last looking super polished! LA is true gem!

SB Inc Probably the best pedi I’ve had in years. All my toe nails were filed well and weren’t crooked. And my nails have been complimented quite a few times since Saturday.. I’d originally went somewhere else but it was really bad so i had that place remove the chiclets off my fingers and I searched for a new salon and I found this place Penn nails. Toni Stugard I am new to the area and there is a a lot of salons to choose from. I chose Penn Nails and Spa and I definitely made the right choice! This place is beautiful, clean, everything is new, and the people are fantastic! I had a pedicure by Kim, and Tammy did my nails. Kathy is wonderful as well. I will definitely be back there. This is one of the best I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend you give Penn Nails and spa a try, you will not be disappointed! They make you feel so important, I LOVE that too!

Vanessa Silva This salon is a disaster! Sadly the new owners do not do a good job Ive tried a few of them already as I wanted to give them a chance however the acrylic on my nails was left very thick and there was acrylic all over my cuticle and my skin Andy was very rude and no matter how many times I told him to please remove it from my skin on my own because it was hurting. The other girl that I believe is the owner that spoke perfect English told me that he would do it later, kept telling her that it was bothering me they didnt care, he understood because he said he would do it later then they both very rudely started speaking started speaking in Vietnamese as if they were mad I figured he was upset but I asked him a couple of times nicely I literally left that salon to go to another one to fix my nails I will never go back to the salon they remodeled it, it looks nice but the employees do not do a good job at all I really miss Mia.

Allison Marti Toi Spa in Boynton Beach is hands down my favorite nail salon I’ve been to! My girl Mai, is an amazing nail tech and knows how to do my nails exactly how I want every time! I’ve been seeing Mai for over a year and I refuse to go anywhere else. She is the kindest person and such a talented nail tech! I see her every 2 weeks and I always look forward to seeing her and getting my nails done. Toi Spa is so clean and everyone there is so friendly. If you need a new nail place, go to Toi Spa and make an appointment with Mai!

Ty’Chelle Love Horrible service! Tech did things that I DID NOT book for or ask for! I confirmed the things i wanted done 2x with the person at front desk and she still did a whole service that I made sure to tell them I did not want. She didn’t update me on the different price on the things she did .. once again I DIDN’T want. As I stopped her while doing my nails she claimed she couldn’t do what I asked for because she did something else. She had a nasty attitude when I brought the problem to the person in the front attention because I confirmed multiple times of what I wanted. Tech was horrible and her service!!! Literally a rip off, I booked what I wanted and she literally didn’t go off of what I booked! Never did the words “best nails I ever had” ever came out my mouth ! I have a nail tech that does WAY better my nails that were done here are VERY mediocre. But I definitely said it wasn’t worth the amount! Once again I for sure told her the length and she cut it as if it was what I asked for. Your spa sucks, service sucks and communication SUCKED! I still paid for the nails before I even complained about the price so let’s not try to play the money game here ! I paid then addressed the fact that you guys run a horrible business ! I have no problem coming right back in in person and addressing it :)))

Josephine Buono I go to the Wellington location. Positive review: Can’t rave enough for my girl Diana! What I give her ten stars on is waxing my eyebrows. Never, ever has anyone taken such time and attention to detail as she does when doing my eyebrows. I’m 68 and my eyebrows are a little sparse and grey. She even fills them in with pencil when she’s done so they look fabulous! Highly recommend her! Negative review: Hooks are available by the nail tables to hang your purse. There are quite a few that are broken, namely Diana’s! I don’t like having to put my purse on the floor. Secondly, the music is awful. You can barely hear it and it’s music that will put you to sleep. By the time my nails are getting done I’m feeling comatose and fighting to stay awake! Come on, put some more lively music and louder! That’s it, I’m done!

My first few experiences were good and they progressively got worse and worse today I came in for a pedicure and manicure when I got there. I realize I won’t have time to do both so I told the owner I only want to do a manicure and she assure me that they can do both at the same time. Three different technicians came to ask me what color I wanted and then walked away. A second technician came and asked me what shape I wanted then walked away. A third one came after I had communicated the color and shape I wanted.. third one came and walked away. by the time, my pedicure was done. No one came to do my nails, and I had to leave without my nails done. The customer service was terrible. The lady was ignoring me and wouldn’t come and talk to me to offer a solution . She didn’t even offer to put a clear nail coat on my hands my nails wear dirty and I specifically told her I was going to only do my nails because I didn’t have time. She was rude. Unprofessional didn’t offered to make it up to me in Anyway I do not recommend going to this salon over the past few months it’s gotten progressively bad.

luiza buscariollo Iralys did my nails today and she did such an incredible job! She is detail oriented and is excellent at shaping nails! This was the first time in a long tine where i didn’t have to go home and touch up my shape.. i got to go home and just enjoy having gorgeous nails. I highly recommend Iralys if you’re looking for a new nail tech, she really takes her time and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. She is also very nice and gave an overall great experience. I am so happy that I get to have such beautiful work on my hands for my trip to Switzerland this weekend. Also as always Radiant nail spa is a really fun salon with a mountain of snacks and fun holiday decore. The front desk was helpful in putting my with a great tech. Love love love!
